TO THE HONORABLE,JUDGES OF SAID COURT:
The Petition of Rose M.Ferguson respectfully represents:
1.Frank Magaruh died intestate on June 2,1970,at
Eldora,Washington County,Pennsylvania.
2.That your Petitioner was appointed Administratrix in
the above Estate on June 16,1970.
3.That your Petitioner is the daughter of Frank Magaruh,
deceased.
4.That Rose M.Ferguson is the daughter,and Frank
Magaruh,Jr.is the son,and Clara C.Magaruh is his wife.
5.That Clara C.Magaruh is presently confined to
Torrance State Hospital,and has been there for a period of
seventeen (17)years.
6.That the said Clara C.Magaruh has never been
adjudicated an incompetent.
7.That the above Estate has bills as follows:
(A)Lawson-Rabe Funeral Horne $1,288.!\6
(B)Murray Sachs,M.D.370.00
(C)Library Pharmacy 84.07

8.That your Petitioner avers that the above stated
bills are all the bills that remain in the Estate,and will be
paid out of the proceeds of the Two Thousand Three Hundred Fifty
($2,350.00)Dollars in cash that she received from the sale of
the deceased 1970 Chevrolet Impala which Title was in his name at

the time of his death,and
WHEREAS,your Petitioner sold in her capacity as
Administratrix of Frank Magaruh Estate.
WHEREFORE,your Petitioner prays your Honorable Court to
direct that the Two Thousand Three Hundred Fifty and 00/100
($2,350.00)Dollars be turned over to her in order that all bills
be paid and if anything remains thereafter,to distribute same to
the said Clara C.Magaruh,Frank Magaruh,Jr.,and your Petitionel
as provided by Law.
