The petition of ROBERT F.VOORHES and LLOYD A.VOORHES,SR.,Executors of
the ESTATE OF ALBERT G.VOORHES,also known as ALBERT VOORHES,Deceased,respectfully
represents:
1.That Albert Voorhes was Administrator of the Estate of Mary J.Voorhes.
2.That the Court,by Adjudication and Decree dated May 28,1971,copy of
which is attached hereto,awarded the balance of $5,881.81 to Albert Voorhes.
3.That Albert Voorhes,by reason of illness,was unable to withdraw the
funds from the Savings Account of Mary J.Voorhes maintalned in the Pittsburgh National
Bank,Washington Office.
4.That the balance in the Savings Account includes the balance shown under
the Schedule of Distribution and certain items included in the account and paid for by
Albert Voorhes out of his own funds,so that the entire balance in the account of Mary
J.Voorhes belongs to the Estate of Albert G.Voorhes,also known as Albert Voorhes.
WHEREFORE,your petitioners respectfully pray your Honorable Court for an
Order directing them,as Executors of the Estate of Albert G.Voorhes,also known as
Albert Voorhes,to sign the necessary papers in order to withdraw the balance in the
Savings Account standing in the name of Mary J.Voorhes so that-the same may become a
