The Petition of Louise M.Blenda,Administratrix of
the above entitle estate respectfully represents:
1.That Lena Hohn,also known as Lena o.Hohn,late
of .Cokeburg,Washington County,Pennsylvania,died intestate on
April 7,1970.
2.Letters of Administration were granted by the
Register of Wills of Washington County;?ennsylvania,unto
Louise M.Blenda,your petitioner,on June 18,1970.
3.That the said Lena Hohn,also known as Lena O.Hohn,
died seized of the following described real estate which your
petitioner proposes to sell:
ALL that certain parcel of land situ e in
the Borough of Cokeburg,WashingtDn cou y,
Pennsylvania,designated as Lot 31 in lock P,
ih,the,Bethlehe~-cubaIron Mines ,co any p'lan,
as recorded,in Plan Book,7,at pages 144,and 145,
said parcel of land previously having erected
thereon a house referred to as No.33 Madison Street.
SUBJECT to the exceptions,reservations,
conditions,etc.,_as contained in prior instruments
of record.

4.That this is the only real estate of which said
decedent died seized and said real estate is a vacant parcel
of land.
5.That your petitioner has secured a purchaser for
said real estate by the name of Charles William pierce,Jr.and

Janet.Lynn ,Pierce,'.hi's wife',who have agreed :to .pay the sum of.,.......
Four Hundred Fifty ($450.00)Dollars,which is the same price
that the decedent-original'ly,paicjo for said premises on
October 27,1969.
6.That your petitioner believes that this is the
best price that can be obtained for the above described premises
and that a better price cannot be obtained at a public sale.
7.That ~ttached hereto are affidavits of two
responsible persons,familiar with real estate values,.giving the
fair market value of the above described estate.
8.That the Inventory and Appraisement of the assets
of the estate of said decedent amounts to Three Thousand
($3,000.00)Dollars.
9.That on the grant of Letters of Administration
your petitioner had filed bond in the sum of(Three Thousand ;1
($~;OOO.OO}·Dollats~with_an=individual as surety.
WHEREFORE your Petitioner respectfully prays your
Honorable Court to make an Order fixing,or waiving the amount
of bond required under Section 541 of the Fiduciari~s Act of
