PETITION FOR SETTLEMENT
OF SMALL ESTATE
TO THE HONORABLE P.V.MARINO,PRESIDING JUDGE OF SAID COURT:
The Petition,of CAROL ANN GRESKO respectfully
represents:
1.Carol Ann Gresko is the daughter of Kathryn B.
Gresko,and resides at 633 Railroad Street,Houston,Washington
County,pennsylvania.
2.On December 27,1969,Kathryn B.Gresko,herein
called "Decedent",died domiciled in Pennsylvania,a resident
of 160 Rear Alexander Avenue,Strabane,Washington County,
pennsylvania.
3.The Decedent died intestate.
4.Letters of Administration have not been granted.
5.All debts of the Decedent within the knowledge of
your Petitioner have been paid by your Petitioner,including
expenses incidental to the last illness and burial of the
Decedent.
6.That your Petitioner,Carol Ann Gresko,is the
only child of the Decedent,and is entitled to receive the
Decedent's net estate.

7.That Decedent's estate at the time of her death
consisted sole~y of a claim against the state Employees'
Retirement Fund in the amount of $1,137.39.
8.Your petitioner,Carol Ann Gresko is the only
party in interest in this proceeding and is sui juris.
9.That your Petitioner resided with her mother,
the Decedent,at the time of her death and has since moved to
the above recited address.
10.The Petitioner requests the Court,pursuant to
either Section 202 or Section 211 of the Fiduciaries Act of
April 18,1949 P.L.,512,as amended,20 P.S.Sec.320-202 or
Sec.320-211 without further notice to award distribution of the
estate of the Decedent consisting of the claim against State
Employees'Retirement Fund in the amount of $1,137.39 to your
Petitioner,Carol Ann Gresko.
