ESTATE PETITION FOR FAMILY EXEMPTION (Real Estate) AND'NOW,this Il/Ir--ctay of June,1970,comes the Petitioner, Virginia Pasqualla through her attorneys PEACOCK,KELLER,YOHE &DAY and allege as follows: 1.Andrew Pasqualla,Sr.,died intestate,while a resident of the Borough of New Eagle,Washington County,Pennsylvania,on September 27, 1968. 2.Andrew Pasqualla,Sr.,left as his heirs at law:His widow,the. Petitioner,Virginia Pasqualla of 205 Madera Street,Borough of New Eagle, Washington County,Pennsylvania;a daughter,Mary Tirpak,of Madera Street,Borough of N~w Eagle,Washington County,Pennsylvania;a son, Andrew Pasqualla of Amity,Washington County,Pennsylvania;and Anthony Pasqualla,Jr.,of Monongahela,Pennsylvania;a daughter,Anna Close of Dormont,Pennsylvania;a daughter,Louise Pasqualla,a patient in Torrence State Hospital.All the above children are adults. 3.Decedent left no es'ltte other than the real estate situate in Forward Township,Allegheny County,Pennsylvania,known and designated as Lot 31 in the Manown Heights Plan of Lots,which is more particularly described in Exhibit 'A. 4.No administration has been raised or is intended to be raised to settle the Estate of AndJ;ew Pasqualla,Sr. 5.All debts of the decedent have been paid by the Petitioner. f I 6.The Petitioner,Virginia Pasqualla was the lawful spouse of the decedent Andrew Pasqualla,Sr.,and was a member of his household on the date of his death and was married to the decedent on January 1913 .Roman Catholic Church,Charleroi,Pa.a~~• 7.'The market value as of the date of the death of the decedent for the vacant landdescribed in Paragraph 3 above was the sum of Nine Hundred and no /100 ($900.00)Dollars. 8.The Petitioner requests the court,pursuant to Section 213 of the Fiduciaries Act of April 18,1949,P.L.512,20 P.S.§320.213,to appoint two appraisers to appraise the value of the real estate described in Paragraph 3 and to set aside all to her as the family exemption in the Estate of Andrew Pasqualla,deceased. -~y submitted, \,KEI1:CEm YOHE &DAY~1 ),' ".
