The person entitled to the,family exemption in this
estate is John Freno,husband of the decedent,Constance Freno,
who lived with the decedent in the marital relationship at the
time of her death at their residence,444 North Main Street,
Houston,Pennsylvania,which is located in Chartiers Township.
4.The only estate of which the decedent,Constance
Freno,died seized,was the aforesaid real estate known as 444
North Main Street,Houston,Chartiers Township,Pennsylvania,
being Lots Nos.5 and 6 in the Harry L.McNary Addition to
Houston,Pennsylvania,the plan being of record in Plan Book 4,
Page 68,Recorder's Office of Washington County,Pennsylvania,
said lots fronting together 89.5 feet on the east side of North
Main Street and extending back a distance of 150 feet more or
less to AI ley F,bounded on the North by Lot 4 in the aforesaid
Harry L.McNary Addition,and on the South by Lot 7 in the Harry
L.McNary Addition.
Upon the aforesaid lot 5 there has been erected a one
and one-half story frame house and Lot 6 is vacant.
The total value of the aforesaid real estate at the
time of the death of the decedent did not exceed $4,500.
Paragraph 3 of the Wil I of Constance Freno provides that
John Freno,husband of the decedent,wi I I have the right to live
In the aforesaid.dwel ling house so long as ,he is al ive and desires
to do so,no sale to be made without his consent.

decedent,Constance Freno,has not married and has for many years
served as housekeeper and nurse both for her mother,Constance
Freno,who died at the age of 80,and for her ither,John Freno,
stil I al ive at the age of 100 years,with whom she I ives at the
fa~ily residence at 444 North Main Street,Houston,Pennsylvania.
7.In view of the services rendered and to be rendered by
said Rose Freno on behalf of her parents,Constance Freno and
John Freno,and In view of the desire of her father,John Freno,

to continue to reside at the fami Iy residence at 444 North Main
Street,Houston,Pennsylvania,all of the children of the decedent
Constance Freno,and her husband,John Freno,are in agreement
that the aforesaid real estate constituting the entire estate of
