In the event that any future interest in this estate is transferred in possession or enjoyment to collateral heirs of the decedent after
the expiration of any estate for life or for years,the Commonwealth hereby expressly reserves the right to appraise and assess transfer
inheritance taxes at the lawful collateral rate on any such future interest.

PETITION FOR SETTLEMENT OF SMALL ESTATE
TO THE HONORABLE THE JUDGES OF THE SAID COURT:
The Petition of ESTHER TYLER respectfully represents:

That the decedent,WILLIE OWENS,died intestate on May 13,1970,a
resident of Crescent Heights,West Pike Run Township,Washington County,Pennsy]-
vania.

That no Letters of Administration have been granted or applied for.

That the only heir at law of the decedent is ESTHER TYLER and the
sole asset in the estate is compensation under a black lung claim,which amounts
to $433.50,and due from the Social Security Administration.

That your petrricner paid the funeral bill from her personal funds and
inasmuch as there are no other debts or assets in said estate,your pe~ioner
requests your Honorable Court to direct distribution of said funds to your
petitioner as restitution and repayment by her for the advancement of said
funeral bill in accordance with the Act of March 10,1959,P.L.1450,Section 1.
AND SHE WILL EVER PRAY,ETC.

ESTHER TYLER the amount payable on the black lung claim of WILLIE OWENS,that
is,$433.50 as restitution and repayment for the advancement of said funeral
bill.
