mind,memory and understanding,and considering the uncertainty of life,do hereby make,publish
and declare this my last 'Umm and Uestamentt hereby revoking and making void any and all
(ortner Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
FIRST:I direct'that all my just debts and funeral expenses be paid by my Execut 0 r
hereinafter named,aslsoon after my decease as may be convenient.
SECOND:I give,devise and bequeath the entire remainder of my estate both
real and personal,of any nature whatsoever,to my husband JOHN
SWARROW,SR.,absolutely'and in fee simple.
THIRD:In the event that my husband,John Swarrow,Sr.,shall
~\redecease me or in the event that we should become the victims of
~common accident in which we should bah lose our lives,then I give,
