PETITION FOR DISTRIBUTION
TO THE HONORABLE,TIlE JUDGE OF SAID COURT:
The Petition of William L.Horn,respectfully represents:
1.He is the son of Sara Moore Horn,who died May 2,197 ,
intestate~Decedent left as her sole heirs at law,three chi1dre ,
namely,William L.Horn,Ronald L.Horn,both sui juris,and Mary
Ann Horn,a minor.
2.That decedent resided at 225 North Avenue,Washington,
Pennsylvania.
3.That no Letters of Administration or Letters Testa-
mentary have been taken out in decedent's estate,and no applica-
tion for Letters has been made.
4.That decedent was survived by no husband,but the
three children listed above.
5.That estateof'decedent consisted entirety of house-
hold goods appraised at $289.50.See appraisal sheet attached
hereto.
6.That the funeral bills of t~e deceased in the amount
of $1317.95,has been paid to the Barnhill Funeral Home,the
Washington Hospital bill in the amount of $109.03 has been paid,

merchandise bills in the amount of $404.42 have been paid,all by
your Petitioner.There are no known other bills.Total $1,831.4 •
7.That the total value of decedent's estate is less than

$2,500.00.
8.That your Petitioner resides at l57~South Wade Ave.,
Washington,Penna.
9.That your Petitioner is entitled to the estate of..
decedent by virtue of having paid the bills herein recited•

forth,be awarded to him under the Small Estates Act,as amended,

Petition for Distribution under
the within
Estates Act,having
been presented and read by the Court,the Prayer of the Petition
is granted and it is hereby Ordered and Decreed that all of the
assets of the Estate of Sara Moore Horn,namely Household Goods
appraised at $289.50,are awarded to William L.Horn,eldest son,
and one of the three heirs of deceased,he having paid her funera
and other bills,totalling $1831.40.
