1.Rose E.McNeely died,a resident of the
City of Washington,Washington County,Pennsylvania,on the
13th day of September,1969.
2.The said Rose E.McNeely died intestate.
3.Your petitioner,Paul H.McNeely,was
appointed administrator of the estate of Rose E.McNeely on
June 10,1970.
4.At the time of his appointment as administra-
tor of the said estate your petitioner filed with the said
Register of Wills a bond,with corporate surety,in the amount
of $8,000.00.
5.At the time of her death the.said Rose E.
McNeely owned the real estate which is described in the deed
a copy of which is attached to this petition,marked Exhibit
"A",and made a part hereof.
