TO THE HONORABLE,THE JUDGE OF SAID COURT:
The Petition of Mildred G.Ralston,Administratrix
of the above entitled estatet respectfully represents that:
1.Charles G.Ralston,late resident of North
Strabane Township,Washington County,Pennsylvania,died
intestate on April 27,1970.
2.Letters of Administration were issued to your
petitioner by the Register of Wills of Washington County,
Pennsylvania on June 2t 1970 and surety bond in the sum of
$21 000.00 was approved and filed.
3.The said Charles G.Ralston died seised of:
ALL that certain lot or piece of ground
situate in the Township of Bullskin#County of
Fayette and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania~being
Lot No.788 in a Plan of Lots designated Bear
Rocks Plan No.4 of record in the Office of the
Recorder of Deeds of Fayette County,pennsylvania
in plan Book Volume 10,Pages 32,33.
Subject to Restrictive Covenants and
Building Restrictions Agreement of record;all
mineral rights heretofore sold,granted or conveyed;
all roads affecting the premises;streets,easements,
conditions,rights of way,as shown on said Plan of
Lots.Subject to rights of way to West Penn Power
Company as recorded in prior instruments of record.
Being the same lot conveyed to Charles G.Ralston by
Scott Hamilton Realty Company.

4.Your petitioner intends to cause an Inventory
and Appraisement to be prepared and filed of record in the
above titled estate,shortly after the sale of the real
estate,which is the subject of this petition.
5.The total value of the administrative Personal
Property to be shown in the Inventory and Appraisement to be
filed in this estate,will be approximately $1,500.00,and
the gross total value of the administrative real estate to
be shown therein,consisting solely of the real estate
which is the subject of this petition is approximatefY
$3,000.00 ,or a total gross administrative estate
of $4,500.00 •
6.That Funeral bill and all other debts of the
estate,excluding attorney fees and Inheritance Tax,have.
been paid in full;the Inheritance Tax and other debts will
be paid after sale of the real estate described herein.
7.That attached hereto and made part hereof is
the first page of Deed from Scott Hamilton Realty Company
showing purchase price $2~995.00.
8.That the above described lot is being sold to
Paul S.Anderson and Alverta C.Anderson,his wife for
the sum of $3,000.00 •
9.In the opinion of your petitioner,the price and
terms of said proposed sale are better than could be obtained
for said premises at public sale,and represents more than
the fair market value of the premises proposed to be sold.
WHEREFORE,your petitioner respectfully requests that
an Order be made setting the amount of additional bond,if
any,which she must file before accepting the purchase price
from the proposed buyers.
