In re:Estate of Clayton T.Davidson
PETITION FOR APPOINTMENT OF EXECUTRIX
TO THE HONORABLE JUDGES OF THE SAID COURT:
-1.The Petition of JOHN H.DAVIDSON,JR.,declares that on
September 11,1945,this Court did appoint John H.Davidson,Executor
of the Estate of Clayton T.Davidson.
2.On May 15,1970,the said John H.Davidson died.
3.There remains one minor item in the said estate in need of
transaction.
4.On May 19,1970,this Court appointed Estous Lee Davidson,
Executrix of the Estate of the said John H.Davidson,deceased.
5.The said Estous Lee Davidson is familiar with the business of
the said Clayton T.Davidson Estate.
WHEREFORE,Petitioner,JOHN H.DAVIDSON,JR.,requests that
this honorable Court appoint Estous Lee Davidson,Executrix of the Estate
of Clayton T.Davidson and that Letters Testamentary thereon be granted
to her.
