BOND FOR SALE OF REAL ESTATE
TO THE HONORABLE P.V.MARINO,PRESIDENT JUDGE OF SAID COURT:
The Petition of LORRAINE ENLOW respectfully represents:
1.That Rosella Green,late of the Borough of Canonsburg,Washington County,
Pennsylvania,died intestate on February 8,1970.
2.That Letters of Administration were issued upon her estate to Lorraine Enlow
by the Regis1etrof Wills of this Court on June 1st.,1970.
3.At the time of her death the only assets of the decedent consisted of the
following described property:
ALL those two certain tracts of land situate in the First Ward of the Borough·
of Canonsburg,Washington County,Pennsylvania, being known and
designated as Lots No.417 and 419,in Block No.21,in the Cecil
Improvement Company Plan of Lots,which plan is of record in Plan Book
No 2,page 151;and being more particularly bounded and described as
follows:.
LOT NO.417:BEGINNING at a point on the northerly line of
Euclid Avenue,at the intersection of the dividing line between Lot No.
415 and Lot No.417,in Block No.21 of said plan of lots;thence along
said dividing line,North 450 58'West,a distance of 120 feet,to Elm Alley;
thence along Elm Alley,North 440 02 1 East,a distance of 35 feet,to
the dividing line between Lot Nos.417 and 41~i thence along said dividing
line South 450 58 1 East,a distance of 120 feet to Euclid Avenue;thence
along Euclid Avenue South 440 02 1 West,a distance of 35 feet,to the
point of beginning.
LOT NO.419:Lot No.419 in Block No.21 of said Plan of Lots,
lies between Fourth and Fifth Streets and fronts on Euclid Aven ue 35 feet
and extends northwestwardly 120 feet to Elm Alley,and is bounded on the
northeast by Lot No.421 on the southwest by Lot No.417.
4.Your petitioner has agreed to sell the above described property to Tessie
Radosy for the sum of ONE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED and no/IOO ($1,500.00)DOLLAR.
5.That this is the best and highest price your petitioner is able to obtain
therefor,and believe's that the said ONE THOUSAND FIVE HUNDRED and no/IOO ($1,500.
DOLLARS is a fair and full price for the property.
6.The entire property is assessed in the name of Rosella Green as 1 1/2 sty fr
hse-gar and Lots 417 -419 Blk 21,9-38-45 DB 1189 page 397 for a total assessment of
$900.00.
7.That your petitioner has filed with the Register of Wills her bond in the sum
of $1000.00 with United Sta.tes Fidelity and Guarant"9s~lln~ty.
8.That pursuant to Section 541 of the Fiduciary Act of 1949,your petitioner
may not accept any portion of the purchase price until this Court has made an order either
excusing her from entering additional security,or requiring additional security.
WHEREFORE,your petitioner respectfully requests that an order be made setting
the amount of additional bond,if any,which she must file before accepting the pruchase
price in the above recited sale.
