AND NOWjJ,June 3;1970,it appears to the Court that errOrs were

made in the entry of ther~cord of birth of Anne Quail Templeton,who was
born in Washington,Wash~ngton County"Pennsylvania.
Proper evidence of her date of birth has been submitted to the Court,,'t ~.
to-wit,photocopies of the entries in the Templeton Family Bible,said
photocopies showing the birth of Anne Quail Templeton,daughter of Alexander
M.Templeton and Sara Templeton on June 27,1898,at 10:00 o'clock P.M.;
the said photocopies are attached hereto and marked Exhibits "A",."B""and
IIC II .There is further submitted to the Court a photocopy of a registration
form prepared at the time of the registration of Anne Quail Templeton in the
Bennett School,Millbrook,New York;this application to said school was
made on July 27,1916"at which time the applicant would be 18 years of age;
the application shows the birthdate of said Anne Quail Templeton to be
June 27,1898.This application was made mOre than 50 years ago and is
accepted by the Court as a true and correct statement of the matters appearing
therein.The said photocopy is attached hereto and marked Exhibit liD".
NOW"THEREFORE"IT IS ORDERED AND DECREED
that the record of the birth of said Anne Quail Templeton recorded in the

Office of the Register of Wills of Washington County"Pennsylvania"in
Birth Record Or Volume No.1"Page 254"Item 27"shall be corrected to
show the birth of said Anne Quail Templeton to be on June 27"1898;that
the birth record be further amended and corrected to show the maiden name
of the mother of said Anne Quail Templeton to be Sara McCombs;that all
other matters recorded in said birth record shall remain as heretofore;
that a notation shall be entered in said Docket"in red ink"showing the
authority of the Clerk to make said corrections by citing this,Order.
