and ma]{ing void any and all Wills by me at anytime heretofore made.
FIRST:In the event that my beloved wife,Victoria Nonic,
should survive me,I do give,devise and bequeath to her all of
my property,real,personal and mixed,wheresoever situate.In
the event that we should meet out death in a common disaster or
my wife does not survive me for a period of thirty days,I do
direct that my Will be construed as though I have survived her.
SECOND:In the event my wife does not survive me for a
period of thirty days,I do give,devise and bequeath all of my
property to my beloved children,Dorothy Maria Nonie Gabany of
Allegheny County and Barbara Louise Nonie of Pittsburgh,Pennsyl-
vania,share and share alike.
THIRD:If my wife,Victoria Nonie,survives me,I do
nominate and appoint her to be the Executrix of this my Last Will
and Testament.If she does not survive me,I do nominate and
