percent discount is allowable. As to any tax that remains unpaid after nine (9) months
(fifteen months when death occurred from December 22, 1965 to June 16, 1971, inclusive;
and twelve months when death occurred prior to December 22, 1965) from date of death,
interest at the rate of six (6%) percent per annum is charged.
Any party in interest who is aggrieved by this notice may object thereto within
sixty days after rP.ceipt of said notice as provided by Section 1001 of the Inheritance and-
Estate Tax Act of 1961, 72 P. S. 2485-1001, P. L. 373.

and understanding, do hereby make, ·publish and. declare the follow-
ing to be my Last Vifill and Testament, hereby r1.evoking any Will· or
Vvills by me at an.v time heretofore made.
FIRST: I direct that all my just d~cebts and funeral ex-p~nses be paid as soon as conveniently may be 2fter my decease:
SECOND: I give, bequeath and devise all the rest,
remainder and residue of my estate, of whatsoe~Ter type or nature,
real, personal and mixed, and wheresoever situ,nte, unto my wife,
Anna Koncik, to be hers solely and absolutely~ only in the event
she survives me ; and in .the event she predece<ases me, then I dir-
ect that my estate be vested and distributed i.m. accordance with
paragraphs third and fourth of this my Last WiJLl and Testament.
THIRD: In the event my wife, Anna ~Concik, should pre-
decease me,-then I give, bequeath and devise aJLl of my estate,·of
whatsoever type or nature, real, personal and nni:xed, and whereso-·
ever situate, unto Pittsburgh National Bank, im trust however,
for the use and benefit of my son, Michael Adrum Koncik-: upon-the
following terms and conditions:
a. That said Trustee shall hawe the power and au-
thority to sell, mortgage, lease, invest and re-invest any and all
of my real or personal property, at public or private sale or
sales, and upon any terms and conditions which the said Trustee
in its discretion, shall deem wise and prudent. for the management
of said trust.
b. That the said Trustee shal~ pay over, deliver,
and apply, in semi-annual payments, to the saiii Michael Adam
Koncik, or to his legal guardians or successor guardians, all of
the income derived from said trust, said inco.l'Jle to be used for the
maintenance, support, and education of the sai;Q Michael Adam.

c. 1'hat the said Trustee shall_ also have the powe
and authority to pay over, deliver, and apply t";;.<D the said· IHchreL
Adam. Koncik, or to his legal guardians or successor guardians, in
such amounts anrl at such times as in the discre·iti on of· the Trustee
it deems prudent and wise, the principal of sa:fud trust, to be used
for the maintenance, support and education of-tlhe said Michael Ad·-

d. When the said Michael Adam !Koncik has attalned 1 the age of twenty-one (21) years, I then direc~ that the said Trust
be terminated, and I give, bequeath and devise the balance of said 1
estate then remaining in said Trust, includin.:.~ ·uoth principal and
income, to m.y said son, Michael Adam Koncik, to be his solely and
absolutely.. In the event the said Jlfiichael Adarrt Koncik should die
before he attains the age of twenty-one ( 21) ye,;ars, then I direct
that the said trust shall immediately termina.te:.> and the balance o
my estate then remaining in said trust, incluC.:i:ng both principal
and income, shall vest in the intestate heirs c:f the said Michael
Adam Koncik.
FOURTH: In the event my wife, Anna K oncik, should pre-
decease m.e, then -I direct that Elizabeth Orsegz:,. and John Orsega,
her husband, of Monessen, Pennsylvania, are to be the legal guard-
ians of the person of my son, Michael Adam Koncik, during his

this agreement, the School District has a copy of the agreement,
I have kept two copies for my file, and I have enclosed here with
