And there was real estate specifically devised undEr the Will to Jessie Dickerson, a sister-in-law of the decedent. After payment of all the debts, the sale of all the assets in the estate was not sufficient to give her the amount of the appraised value of the rea estate. The fourth provision gave to the Executor and his wife any balance due under a certain agreement of sale that they had entered J ------------.. ----------------------------------------------------------------------~------ ·' into prior to her death for the sale of real estate. There was $300. 0 balance due under that agreement. And the residue was given to a niece by the name of Dolores A. ·Sullivan. And actually, there is no residue remaining.
