Conklin respectfully represents: 1. That she is the surviving spouse of Alonzo Melvin Conklin, a/k/a Lon M. Conklin and the sole heir at law and next of kin of the above named Alonzo Melvin Conklin, a/k/a Lon M. Conklin, who died on the 4th day of May, 1970, a resident of Washington County, Pennsylvania, his resideri ce at the date of his death being Canton Township, R. Conklin respectfully represents; 1. That she is the surviving spouse of Alonzo Melvin Conklin, a/k/a Lon M. Conklin, deceased, who died on May 4, 1970. 2. That, as surviving spouse, she petitioned The Court Of Com- mon Pleas for settlement of a small estate, claiming as assets personalty in the amount of $336.00, and debts in the amount of $1436.00, and that, on May 18, 1970, the court, by decree of Judge P. V. Marino, awarded the personalty to her in kind. 3. ·That, following entry of the Order of Court on May 18, 1970, an after-discovered asset was found, an income tax refund check in the amount of $135.60, being CK No. 19~576-775 of the Treasurer of the United States. 4. By addition of the after-discovere~ asset, the total per- sonalty of Lon M. Conklin is increased to $471.60, and still within the jurisdictional limit of the small estates provision of the Fiduciaries Act. WHEREFORE, your petitioner, Arlie E. Conklin, deceased: Check No. 19-5 76-775 of tre Treasurer of the United States in the amount of $135.60, payable to the Order of Lon M. Conklin is awarded and directed to be distributed to Arlie E. Conklin, sole legatee of the Estate of Alonzo Melvin Conklin, a/k/a Lon M. Conklin, deceased. To supplement and carry out this decree, Arlie E. Conklin is directed to affix the signature of Lon M. Conklin to the foregoing check and will endase the same as legatee, and the banking institution at which the draft is deposited will deliver the proceeds of $135.60 to Arlie E. Conklin in accordance with the provisions of this Order.
