CREEVEY, of the Borough of Donora, Washington ', / County, Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind and memory, do hereby make, publish and declare this to be my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking any and all former Wills or testamentary writings heretofore made by me. , FIRST. I appoint Catherine L. Andler as Executrix of this, my Last Will and Testament. In the event that for any reason the said Catherine L. Andler shall not assume or continue in her office as Executr.i..x, I appoint in her place or stead Arnold W. Hirsch. I direct that no bond shall be required of either of the appointees named in this paragraph. My said appointee, in addition to the powers conferred by law, shall have the power to sell at public or private sale, to exchange or to lease, for any period of time, any real or personal property, and to give options for sales, exchanges or leases, for such prices and upon such terms or conditions as my said appointee shall deem proper. I direct my Executrix to retain Arnold W. Hirsch, Attorney at Law, as attorney for my estate. SECOND. I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses be .fully paid and satisfied as soon as conveniently may be after my death. THIRD. I give, devise and bequeath all my property, real, per- sonal and mixed,· wheresoever located and whether acquired before or afte execution of this, my Last Will and Testament, to Catherine L. Andler, absolutely, if she shall survive me for a period of sixty days. FOURTH. In the event the said Catherine L. FIFTH. In the event that none of the beneficiaries name in articles THIRD and FOURTH shall survive me, I direct that all my propert , real, personal and mixed, wheresoever located and whether acquired or after execution of this, my Last Will and Testament, shall pass and be distributed according to the scheme of distriJbution set out in the laws of Pennsylvania governing intestate descent. SIXTH. I direct that all taxes that may be assessed in conse- quence of my death, of whatever nature and by whatever jurisdiction imposed, shall be paid from my residuary estate as a part of the expense of the administration of my estate. SEVENTH. In ·construing the provisions of this, my Last Will and Testament, use of the masculine, feminine and neuter genders shall in- elude the others; the singular shall include the plural and the plural shall include the singular; and words used in the past tense or present tense shall include the future tense.
