Russell Marino , Register for the Probate of Wills and Granting
Letters of Administration in and for the County of Washington, in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania,
the last Will and Testament of
Stuart E. Murphy a/k/a S. E. Murphy
late of South Strabane Township in the County aforesaid, deceased,
(a true copy whereof is to these presents annexed), was duly admitted to probate; and
Marjorie M. Murphy

the oath of office prescribed by law;
NOW, THEREFORE, I, Russell Marino , Register as aforesaid, do
grant these LETTERS TESTAMENTARY, unto the said
Marjorie M. Murphy
committing unto her the administration of all and singular the goods and
chattels, rights and credits, which were of said deceased, and requiring her
to exhibit a true and perfect inventory thereof into the Register's Office, at Washington, within ninety
days from the date hereof, and to rend,er a just and true acceunt of said administration at the expiration
of six months from the date hereof, and to regard and comply with the provisions of the laws of this
Commonwealth .relating to inheritance taxes.
IN TESTIMONY WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and the seal

I, STUART E. MURPHY of South Strabane Township, Washington
County, Pennsylvania, being of sound and disposing mind, memory and
understanding, do hereby make, publish and declare this as and for
my Last Will and Testament, hereby revoking and making void all
other wills, codicils or testamentary writings by me at any time
heretofore made.
FIRST: I direct that all my just debts and funeral expenses
be paid and discharged as soon as conveniently may be done after my
decease.
SECOND: I direct that all taxes of the kind and nature
commonly known as death taxes, including inheritance, legacy, trans-
fer, succession and estate taxes, State and Federal, be paid out of
my gross estate after the deduction of the expenses referred to in
the preceding paragraph.
THIRD: All the rest, residue and remainder of my estate,
real, personal and mixed, of whatsoever kind and nature and whereso-
ever situate, of which I may die seized or to which I may become
entitled, I give, devise and bequeath-to my beloved wife, MARJORIE M
MURPHY, absolutely and forever, provided, however, that in the event
my said wife, MARJORIE M. MURPHY, predeceases me or we are killed
in a common disaster, then and in that event, I give, devise and
bequeath all the aforesaid rest, residue and remainder of my estate,
to my son, JOSEPH LEROY MURPHY, his heirs and assigns e I LASTLY: I nominate, constitute and appoint my wife, MARJORil
M. MURPHY, Executrix of this, my .Last Will and Testament, and in thai
event she is unable for any reason to so act, then I nominate,
constitute and appoint, JOSEPH LEROY MURPHY, Executor of this, my
Last Will and Testament, and hereby direct that my Executrix or Exe-
cutor shall so act without posting bond.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I, STUART E. MURPHY, the Testator, have
