( PETITION FOR FAMILY EXEMPTION TO THE HONORABLE, .THE JUDGE OF SA.ID COURT: The Petition of Ezra Vanhorn respectfully represents: 1. That your petitioner is the Administrator of the Estate of Marlene Faye Roberts, deceased, having been so appointed on August 11, 1966. 2. That the residence of the decedent was R. D. # 1, Burgettstown, Washington County, Pennsylvania. 3. That the decedent died on February 16, 1966, at Hanover Township, Washington County, Pennsylvania, and was seventeen (17) years of age. 4. That she lived with her mother and father, Marlin Robert and Mabel Roberts, his wife, until the time of her death, and a family relationship was maintained. •'"' .11 5. That the estate of the decedent is in a small amount, not sufficient to warrant administration and filing of inventory, account and audit petition. 6. That the estate of the decedent is composed entirely of personal property, being cash in the amount of $1,000.00, which amount is derived from the settlement of an action. 1. That the decedent left to survive him the following heirs~ NAME AGE RELATIONSHIP RESIDENC Marlin Roberts Sui Juris Father Mabel Roberts Sui Juris Mother And furthermore, there are no other heirs who have and assert a claim for the share of the estate of the decedent: 8. That your petitioner is sui juris. 9. That there are no unpaid creditors of the estate of the decedent. 10. That the parents of Marlene Faye Roberts claims the entire estate being cash in the amount of $1,000.00, as their family exemption under SEction 211 of the Fiduciary Act of 1949. HANNA, ESQ., Attorney for Petitioner, and on the basis of the foregoing Petition, It is hereby ORDERED AND DECREED that there be set aside to Marlin Roberts and Mabel Roberts, his wife, as their family exemption, under Section 211 of the Fiduciary Act of 1949, cash in the amount of $1,000.00, to be paid forthwith. It is also ORDERED that the administrator be and is hereby discharged from his duty as administrator of the above captioned estate, and that the estate be closed. r I
