That the decedent, Steve Duchi, also known as Stefan Duchaji, also known as Stefan Duchaji, also known as Stephen Ducaji, died on the ::.:4th day of April, 1970, testate. That the wife, Elizabeth Duchi, of the decedent had predeceased the Testator, having died on the 5th day of August, 19 63. 4. The only interested parties to the Will are: John Duchi Elizabeth Smagner Steve A. Duchi, (Your Petitioner), aka Steve A. Duchi, Sr., and David Hudak (the only child of Anna Duchi Hudak, one of the decedent's children, and a specific legatee.) 5. The property in question has been inventoried at Four Thousand and no/100 ($4,000.00) by the Co-executors and is assessed at $2,290.00 for real estate tax purposes. 6. The property is in a run-down condition and could not be sold on the market at an advantageous price since the date of d~eath of· the decedent on April 4, 1970. 7. The property in question is described as follows: ALL that parcel of ground situate in the Borough of Canonsburg, Washington County, Penn-- sylvania, more particularly bounded and described as follows: BEGINNING at the Northwest corner of lot be- longing to Mrs. Dickson where it intersects Pike Street; thence westwardly along the Southern line of Pike Street 45 feet to a point; thence South- wardly on a line parallel to the Mrs. Dickson lot and maintaining a uniform width of 45 feet, 192-1/2 feet, more or less, to the line of the Chartiers Railway 45 feet to the Mrs. Dickson lot; thence Northwardly along the line of the said Mrs. Dickson lot 192-1/2 feet, more or less, to Pike Street, the placeof beginning.
