PETITION FOR FAMILY EXEMPTION
TO THE HONORABLE P. V. MARINO, JUDGE OF SAID COURT:
The Petition of Agnes Stechly respectfully represents:
1. That your petitioner is the widow of Frank Stechly,
who died on April 5,_1970, a resident of R. D. #1, Scenery Hill,
Somerset Township, Washington county, Pennsylvania.
2. That decedent and petitioner were married at Coatsville,
Pennsylvania, on September 23, 1916, and the petitioner was a
member of the decedent's household at the time of his death.
3. The decedent died, intestate, leaving his only heirs
at law, your petitioner, Agnes Stechly, his widow; and the
follo~~ing children: Stanley J. Stechly, Walter Stechly, Benjamin
Stechly, John H. Stechly, Theodore Stechly, Lawrence Stechly,
Frank Stechly, George Stechly and Catheri:ne Puskarich. All of
the heirs at law of the decedent are sui juris. No Letters of
Administration have been granted on the decedent's estate, and
no application for Letters of Administration will be made on
the decedent's estate.
4. That the only asset,:rreal or personal, in the above
estate, consists of a Savings Account No. A-456 in the Second
National Bank of Uniontown, Pa., now known as the Gallatin
National Bank,Uniontown, Pa., in the sum of $517.58 as of October
2, 1961, plus accumulated interest thereon.

5. All expenses incidental to the burial of the decedent
have been paid by your petitioner.
6. That your petitioner c~aims the aforesaid Savings
Account No. A-456 in the Second National Bank of Uniontown, Pa.,
now known as the Gallatin National Bank, Uniontown, Pa., in the
sum of $517.58 as of October 2, 1961, plus accumulated interest,
as part of her Family Exemption under Section 211 of the
Fiduciaries Act of 1949, as amended.
WHEREFORE, your petitioner prays that the said Savings
Account No. A-456 in the Second National Bank of Uniontown, Pa.,
now known as the Gallatin National Bank, Uniontown, Pa., in the
sum of $517.58 as of October 2, 1961, plus accumulated interest
thereon, be awarded to her as a Part of her Family Exemption and
further prays that the court issue an Order authorizing the
Second National Bank of Uniontown, Pa., now known as the
Gallatin National Bank, Uniontown, Pa., to make payment of
said Savings Account No. A-456 in the sum of $517.58 plus
accumulated interest thereon, to Agnes Stechly.
And she will ever pray.

consideration of the within petition, awarded to
Agnes Stechly, under the authority of Section 211 of the
Fiduciaries Act of 1949, the Savings Account No. A-456 in the
Second National Bank of Uniontown, Pa., now known as the
Gallatin National Bank, Uniontown, Pa., in the sum of $517.58
as of October-2, 1961, plus accumulated interest thereon, as a .
part of her Family Exemption from the Estate of Frank Stechly,
deceased; and further, that a copy ot this Order shall be
adequate authority for the Second National Bank of Uniontown,
Pa., now known as the Gallatin National Bank, Uniontown, Pa.,
to make payment of said Saving Account No. A-456 in the sum of
$517.58 plus accumulated interest thereon, to Agnes Stechly.

Stechly, under the authority of Section 211 of the Fiduciaries
Act of 1949, the Savings Account No. A-456 in the Second National
Bank of Uniontown, Pa., now known as the Gallatin National Bank,
Uniontown, Pa., in the sum of $517.58 as of October 2, 1961, plus
accumulated interest thereon, and also the sum of $350.10 due on
the black lung claim from the Department of Health, Education
and Welfare, Social Security Administration, as a part of her
Family Exemption from the Estate of Frank Stechly, deceased: and
further, that a copy of this Order shall be adequate authority
for the Second National Bank of Uniontown, Pa., now known as the
Gallatin National Bank, Uniontown, Pa., to make payment of said
Saving Account No. A-456 in the sum of $517.58 plus accumulated
interest thereon, and a copy of this Order shall be adequate
authority for the Department of Health, Education and Welfare,
Social Security Administration, to make payment of the aforesaid
amount to Agnes Stechly.
