1.The Petitioners herein,Goilldie Suty and Anna Urban,
are individuals residing in Washington County.
2.Mary Hazuk died testate on April 26,1970.

3.On ~~,19 ;t~,Letters Testamentary were
to your petr(ioners by the Register of Wills of Washington
County to Goldie Suty and Anna Urban,CO-Executrices of the
Estate of the decedent.A copy of the Will is attached hereto
as Exhibit "A".
4.No bond was posted by the Executrices as none was
required by the Register of Wills.
5.The gross real and personal estate of the decedent
does not exceed the value of $10,000.00.The real estate owned
by the decedent and its value at the time of her death are:
ALL those two certain parcels of land situate in Union
Township,Washington County,Pennsylvania,being Lots Nos.18 and
19 in the Elrama Place Plan,recorded in Plan Book No.2,pages
56 &57,and separately described as follows:LOT NO.19:
BEGINNING at a point on the Western side of Elrama Avenue,which
said point of beginning is located 72 feet Southwardly from the

Southwest corner of said Elrama Avenue and Fairview Street;
thence,along the Western line of Elrama Avenue in a Southerly
direction,a distance of 24 feet to the Northern line of Lot No.
18 in said Plan;thence along said last mentioned line,in a
Westerly direction,.110 feet·to the Easterly line of Yukon Alley
in said Plan;thence along said Yukon-Alley',in a Northerly
direction,24 feet to the Southern line of Lot No~'20 in said
Plan;thence,along said last mentioned line,in an Easterly
direction,a distance of 110 feet to the point in the Western side
of Elrama Avenue,at the place of beginning.
BEING the same premises which Nan C.Jenkins,et con.
by deed dated October 3l,19~17and recorded on January 7,1948,in
Deed Book Vol.737,page 165,granted and conveyed to Mary
Behal (who later married Mirko Hazuk).
LOT NO.18:FRONTING 24 feet on the Western line of
Elrama Avenue,as laid out in said Plan;thence extending back
WestwardlYibetween Lot No.19 in said Plan on the Northern side,
and Lot No.17 in,said Plan on the Southern side,preserving the
uniform width of 24 feet throughout,a distance of 110 feet to
the Eastern line of Yukon Alley,as laid out in said Plan.
BEING the same which John M.Vernon,et ux.,by deed
dated July 10,1931,and recorded July 21,1931,in Deed Book
Vol.579,page 216,granted and conveyed to Joe Behal and Mary
Behal,his wife.The said Joe Behal died on ,19 ,
title thereto vesting in his wife,Mary Behal;and the said Mary
Behal later 'married Mirko Hazuk.
