Ali of the Real Estate was devised to Frances Korosec.The description
id real':estate is as follows:
ALL that'certain lot or piece of ground situate "in Smith Township,
wa~hington county,pennsylvania,and known and designated as Lots No.24
and 25 in a plan of lots laid out by J.Winfield Reed and Martha J.Reed,
his wife,in said Township and adjacent to Burgettstown Borough and called
J.Winfield Reed Plan of Lots,Section 2,which said plan of lots is recorded
in the Recorder's Office of Washington County,Pennsylvania,in Plan Book 3,
page 182,said lot fronting seventy (70)feet on Stella Street,and extending
back one hundred twenty feet to a line parallel with Stella street.
BEING the same tract of land that was conveyed to Frank KODosic and
Mary Korosic,his wife,by deed of I.c.Bloom dated February 19,1929,
and recorded in the office of the Recorder of Deeds in Deed Book,Vol.561,
page 183.
PROVIDED,however,that no buildings or any portion thereof or addition
or attachment thereto shall now or at any future time be:erected o"r extended
nearer to the property line along said Stella Street,tha'n''o~e foot,which
reservation shall be for the benefit both of the grantor any of any and all
persons who are now or who may hereafter become owners of other lots in said
