by her will 1,vhich vJaS probated in the County of v{ashington,state
of Pennsylvania,unto her b~other-in-law,Giacinta Bonacci,
which was appraised by the Comnlonwealth as having a value of
$897.16.
There was no election to prepay remainder interest as of the
date of death.

at telephone conversations with the Atty of record on the Esther
Bonacci estate he will not handle the Giacinto Bonacci estate.All
attempts have been fuitile.I recomend that this estate be marked
closed.

However,we are not referring to his estate,rather that of
Esther Bonacci,who died on March 20,1970,and we are referring to you
and your sister's remainder interest in her estate.
The Commonwealth has made a remainder appraisement and the tax is
due and owing.Payment of the tax is all that is required on your part
and on your sisters part.Each of you owe tax on your respective
one-half interests and have been notified accordingly.
