The Petition of MILDRED K.MORASCO,Administratrix of the Estate
of Mary Susko,deceased,respectfully represents:

Mary Susko died intestate on September 21,1965,and the said
Mildred K.Marasco was appointed Administratrix of the Estate on September 28,
1965.

Mary Susko died seized of certain real estate situate in the
Borough of Donora,Washington County,Pennsylvania,being more fully described

FIRST:ALL that certain lot or parcel of land situate
in the Borough of Donora,Washington County,Pennsylvania,being Lots
numbered 147,149 and 151 in the Jenisee Land Company's Plan of
South Donora,of record in the Office of Recorder in and for said
County of Washington~In Plan Book Vol.2,page 77,and bounded and
described as follows,to wit:
BEGINNING at a point on the Southeasterly side of Allen Avenue,
common to lots Nos.145 and 147 in said plan~thence Southwestwardly
along said Allen Avenue 120 feet to a point common to Lots Nos.151
and 153 in said plan;thence Southeastwardly at right angles with
Allen Avenue,between the line of Lots Nos.145 and 153 in said plan,
preserving an even width of 120 feet a distance of 110 feet to an
Alley.

the Borough of Donora.Washington County,Pennsylvania,being lot

and Chestnut Street in said plan;thence Northeastwardly along said
Allen Avenue Forty (40)feet to the corner of Lot numbered One
Hundred fifty-one (151)in said plan;and thence extending South-
eastwardlY'along said Chestnut Street,preserving the same width,One

That your petitioner has agreed to sell said premises at private
sale to William Turkovich'and Yvonne Turkovich,his wife,for the sum of
Six Thousand Six Hundred Fifty and nO/100 ($6,650.00)Dollars.

The private sale of the land and the disposition of the proceeds
thereof is in the best interest of all those interested in the land.The
sale will be without any prejudice to any trust or charity,or without the
violation of any law which may confer an immunity or exemption from sale or
alienation.
WHEREFORE,your petitioner 'prays your Honorable Court to authorize
her as administratrix of the decedent's estate to sell said real estate situat
in the Borough of Donora,Washington County,Pennsylvania,known as Lots Nos.
147,149,151,and 153.
