FIDUCIARIES ACT OF 1949,

The Petition of FRANCES N.STANISH respectfully represents:
1.That your pet~tioner is the widow of Joseph Stanish,
also known as Joe Stanish,who died on April 8,1970,a resident

ville,Pennsylvania,'on 'September '7,1946~and the petitioner
was a member of the decedent's household at the time of his
death.
3.The decedent died,intestate,leaving his only heirs
at law,your petitioner,Frances N.Stanish,his widow,and
the following children:Patricia Ann Stanish,age 23,and
William Joseph Stanish,age 16,all of whom resided with your
petitioner.No Letters of Administration have been granted
on the decedent's estate and no application for Letters of
Administration will be made on the decedent's estate.

Th~t after~payment of the above debts which are proper

Stanish,the balance remaining in said estate is the amount
of $220.00.
7.That your petitioner claims the aforesaid balance of
$220.00 as a part of her Family Exemption under Section 211 of
the Fiduciaries Act of 1949,as amended.
WHEREFORE,your petitioner prays that your Honorable Court
make distribution of the assets aforesaid by awarding the assets
to her out of which payment has been made or will be made to
the Creditors set forth in Paragraph 5 and the balance of $220.00
be awarded to your petitioner as part of her Family Exemption
and that the Department of Revenue,Bureau of Motor Vehicles
of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania,be directed to transfer

the registration of the Certificates of Title covering said
vehicles,from Joseph Stanish,also known as Joe Stanish,to

of the within petition and under the authority of Section 202
of the Fiduciaries Act for settlement of a small estate and
also under authority of Section 211 for the Family Exemption,
under the Fiduciaries Act of 1949,it is ORDERED and DECREED
that the 1967 Chevrolet Sedan,Manufacturers Number -164697U13
6654,Title Number -A18716463,and 1967 Pontiac Sedan,
Manufacturers Number -252697P308127,Title Number A191'42850,
be turned over to Frances N.Stanish to reimburse her for the
expenses paid and to be paid in the above estate and also as
part of her Family Exemption.That a copy of this Order shall
be adequate authority for the Department of.Revenue,Bureau of
Motor Vehicles of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania,Harrisburg,
pennsylvania,to transfer the registration of the Certificates
of Title for the aforesaid vehicles from Joseph Stanish,also
known as Joe Stanish,to Frances N.Stanish.
