committing unto Him the administration of all and singular the goods and
chattels,rights and credits,which were of said deceased,and requiring Him

and disposing mind,memory and understanding,do make,publish and
declare this my Last Will and Testament,hereby revoking and making
void any and all Wills by me at any time heretofore made.
1.I direct that my just debts and funeral expenses be paid as
soon as conveniently possible after my decease.
2.I give,devi~e and beq~eath my r~al estate located in the
Borough of Charleroi,being Lots #4 and 5 and a portion of Lot #3 in
the James H.5he'Pe:rd Plan of Lots,which lots have be,e'n subdivided
.according to a survey made by McDonald Associates Engineering of Charleroi,
Pennsylvania,dated 10/10/66,as follows:
a.I give,devise and bequeath to my daughter,Constance
.Ancitano,the trac~of land and house on the aforesaid property herein-
after more specifically described:

5.I nominate and appoint my daughter,Constance Ancitano,to act
as Exe-cutrix of my estate.In the event she fails to qualify or refuses
to act as the same,then I nominate and appoint my SOD,James Ancitano,
to act as Executor of my estate.

we'd like that drawn up.When I had made this Will I had these
particular items surveyed so that the Court can draw the appropria e
certification of real estate.I would like to point out to the Court
that there has been or 1 have been in contact with a husband of
Shire.I don't know if he appeared.I had sent him a copy.
