1.That Michael Gaydos a resident of 419 Fifth Street,Donora,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,.died intestate,on September 25,1957.
2.That Letters of Administration were granted to his son,your petitioner,
Stephen P.Gaydos by the Register of Wills of Washington County,Pennsyl-

plan of said Borough and having erected thereon a two story frame house
and being more particularly described as follows:
