TO THE HONORABLE,THE PRESIDENT JUDGE OF SAID COURT:
The Petition ofJ George K.Hanna,Administrator,D.B.N.
C.T.A.,of the Estate of Julia Fredericks,deceased,respectfully
represents:
1.That Julia Fredericks died testate on January 2,
1959,a resident of Burgettstown,Washington County,Pennsylvania.
That her will was probated on the day of ,1959,and
recorded in Will Book 89,page 133,and letters testamentary were
issued to James O.Fredericks,who died January 6,1966.
2.That although the Estate was administered,there
remains certain real estate unadministered.
3.Said real estate is a tract of land located at the
rear of 68 Center Avenue,Burgettstown,WAshington County,
Pennsylvania,and having a measure of approximately fifty (50)
feet on each side,upon which is erected a two-story frame dwel-
ling,together with such rights as the estate may have in and to a
driveway extending from Center Ave~ue,and sewer and pipe lines.
4.That your Petitioner has entered into an Agreement
to sell said rea~estate for the sum of One Thousand Two Hundred
and no/IOO ($1,200.00)Dollars.Copy of said Sale Agreement
is attached hereto and made a part hereof.
5.It is your Petitioner's opinion that the price of
One Thousand Two Hundred and no/IOO ($1,200.00)Dollars,is fair
and reasonable for said property since the property has no means
of ingress and egress and thus,has very little 'value in the'
market.The purchasers are interested because they are adjoining
property owners.
6.That no inventory and appraisement has been filed
to date,and said real.estate owned by the decedent is valued at
One Thousand Two Hundred and no/IOO ($1,200.00)Dollars.
7.That your Petitioner has xroJtXJalSX~Jt filed ~bond
in connection with this Estate,in the amount of $2,000.00.
WHEREFORE,your Petitioner prays your Honorable Court
under Section 541 of the Fiduciaries Act to fix the amount of
additional security which your Petitioner is required to file of
record in order to receive the proceeds of the sale of said real
estate.
