fer and set over unto THE NATIONAL BANK OF CHARLEROI AND TRUST
COMPANY,its successors and assigns,the money,property and se-
~urities shown on Schedule nA"hereto attached and made a part
hereof,verified for identification by the signature o:Jr the
parties hereto.
TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the said money,property and se-
curities"and the investments into which it may hereafter be
converted,and to invest ~nd reinvest the same from time to time
in safe interest·bearing securities,or first mortgages upon im-
proved real estate,irrespective of any statutes now or hereafter
in force limiting the investments of Trustees,IN TRUST,NEVER-
THELESS,.for the uses and purposes as hereinafter mentioned,to-
wit:
To COllect,recover and receive the interest,income
randdividendsuponthesamewhendue.an~payable,and,less the
"expenses incident to the management of the trust,including the

Trustee's commission,pay over the net income to the Donor,in.
quarterly installments:,'duri,ng the full term of his natural life.
Upon the death of the Donor,this Trust,including accumulations,
if any,and accrued'income,shall be continued·,subject to the
same terms and condi tions,for the benefi t of'the Donor's wife,
HELEN E.STM~1,during the full term of her natural life.
Upon the death of the Donor's wire,HELEN E.STAMM,
this Trust shall be continued for the benefit of the Donor's son,
WILLIAM H.STAMM,JR.,and daughter,CATHERINE PFILE STAMM,until
they arrive at the age of twenty-one (21)years respectively,
at which time and thereafter,the incane shall be pai d to them,
share and share alike until they arrive at the age of thirty (30)
years respectively.When the said WILLIAM H.STAMM,JR.,and
CATHERINE PFILE STAMM,have reached the age of thirty (30)years
respectively,this trust shall cease,whereupon the principal and
any unpaid income,less the Trustee's compensation,shall be paid
to them,that is to say,one-half (1/2)part thereof to each,as
they attain the respective said age of thirty (30)years.
In case of the death of the said WILLIAM H.STAMM,JR.
and CATHERINE PFILE STAMM,leaving a child or children him or her
surviving,such deceased's share shall be distributed,per stirpes
to the child or children of the said beneficiaries in the same
manner as would be done had he or she died seized and in possess-
ion of his or her share thereof.
In the event of the death of either of the said
,WILLIAM H.STAMM,JB.,or CATHERINE PFILE STAMM,wi thout leaving
a child or children him or her surviving,the share of such
deceased shall thereupon b~paid to the surVivor,in the same
manner as is provided wi th respect to other payments herein
directed to be made them.
In case of the death of the said WILLIMJ H.STMiW,JR.,
and CATHERINE PFILE STAMM,wi thout leaVing a child or children
either of them surviving,then and in that event this trust shall

cease,and the corpus thereof,including accumulations,if any,
and accrued income,shall be paid to the Donor's next of kin,
under the Intestate Laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania,the
same as would be done had he died seized and in possession thereof.
This Trust Agreement and the moneys,properties and
securities which now are,or hereafter may be subjected hereto,
are made subject to the following further conditions,to-wit:
The IX>nor reserves the right,from time to time,to
subject additional moneys,properties and securities to the Trust
herein wi th the same effedt as the moneys and properties now sub-
jected hereto;but the Trustee shall make no changes in invest-
ments without first notifying the Donor.If,at the end of ten
(10)days,no word has been received from the Donor,the Trustee
shall then make such investment or re-investment as it,in its
judgrnent,'shall deem advisable •
The Donor,for himself,his ~eirs,beneficiaries,
exe cutors,admini stratol's,and every of them,agree s that by
:r-eason of the Trustee accepting this Trust,it shall and wi!ll not
be held liable in any manner for loss or depreciation on any
securities or investments now or hereafter made(in said Trust,
under the terms thereof,and further agrees that upon the future
termination or revocation of this trust,the Trustee may,at its
option,pay over the corpus and income (less the Trustee's com-
pensation)in kind,i.e.,(in the investments in which the trust
funds may be then invested)or in cash,and release the Trustee
from all liability.
The Donor reserves the right,at any time during his
lifetime,by an instrument in writing delivered to the Trustee,

to modify,alter or amend the terms of this agreement,but if
amended or al tered,this shall be sub je ct to the approval of the
Trustee,
The Donor reserves the right to revoke this Trust in..
whole or in part,by giving the Trustee Ninety (90)days'notice
in wr i tinge
The Trustee's compensation shall be five (5%)per
centum of the gross income,payable at the time,or times the
income is disbursed hereunder.
Upon the final termination of this Trust with respect
to any part of the corpus thereof,the Trustee shall be entitled
to receive additional compensation of an amount equal to two and
one-half (2-1/2%)per centum of the amount of the corpus then
disbursed,which amount shall be charged against the share of
corpus then being distributed.

The Union Trust Company of Pittsburgh as a Trustee,and reserved therein the right to alter,amend and revoke the same
and the trust therein created;and
WHEREAS,The Union Trust Company of Pittsburgh has been merged and consolidated into and with Mellon
National Bank under the changed corporate name of Mellon National Bank and Trust Company.
Now,THEREFORE,WI1NESSETH THAT:

does hereby amend the above-recited Deed of Trust by deleting therefrom wherever the same shall appear the words
"The Union Trust Company of Pittsburgh"and by substituting therefor the words "Mellon National Bank and Trust

the Deed of Trust and of the trust therein created in place of The Union Trust Company of Pittsburgh.
2.This Amendment and Supplemental Agreement,although actually executed at another time,shall be deemed
for all purposes and in all respects to have been executed and to have become effective upon the consummation of such
merger and consolidation and at the time when such merger and consolidation became effective.

Agreement wherein he appointed The National Bank of Charleroi
and Trust Company,Charleroi,Pennsylvania,Trustee,and
WHEREAS,under the terms of said trust the Donor
reserves unto himself the right to modify,alter,or ~end the
~erms of said Trust Agreement,and
WHEREAS,The National Bank of Charleroi and Trust
Company is submitting its resignation herewith as it is discon-
tinuing its Trust Department and has requested the Donor to
appoint a Substitute Trustee in its place and stead.
NOW,THEREFORE,I,WILLIAM H.STAMM,SR.,the
Donor,pursuant to the provisions of the aforesaid paragraph do
hereby appoint THE UNION TRUST COMPANY OF PITTSBURGH as
Trustee and direct that the former Trustee deliver to the Success-
