The Petition of BEATRICE GREENBERG,now married and known
as MRS.BEATRICE G.SIEGEt,respectfully represents:
1.That BERTHA GREENBERG of the Borough of Charleroi,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,died testate on February 26th,1970.
2.That Letters Testamentary were issued to your Petitioner
by the Register of Wills of Washington County,Pennsylvania on April 10,
1970,which Letters are still in full force and effect.

3.That the Last Will and Testament of the said ,Bertha
Greenberg,copy of which is attached hereto,was duly proven before
the Register of Wills of Washington County,Penn~vania on the 10th day
of April,1970,and was recorded in the Office of the said Register
of Wills in Will Book Vol.110,Page 78.
4.That there has been no specific devise by the decedent
of her real property hereinafter mentioned.
5.That your Petitioner has filed security with the Register
of Wills of Washington County,Pennsylvania,in the amount of $25,000.00,
with United States Fidelity and Guaranty Company,as surety.
6.That,in addition to the real property described in
Agreement of Sale for the same hereinafter mentioned,the decedent was
possessed of personal estate"of the approximate value of $64-,281.36,.as per copy of Inventory of same attached hereto and made a part hereof.

.7.That the said asset of real property,along with the..
personal estate mentioned in previous paragraph,comprise the residuary
estate of said decedent which was bequeathed and devised to her two
daughters,Beatrice Greenberg,now married and known as Mrs.Beatrice G.
Siegel,and Louise Greenberg,in equal proportions,share and share
alike,as per copy of Will attached hereto.
8.That your Petitioner has entered into a written Agreement
with Victor E.Riva,to convey said parcel of real estate to him for
the price or sum of $12,000.00.A copy of said Agreement is attached here o.
and made a part hereof.

9.In view of the Joinder in the prayer of this Petition
by Louise Greenberg hereinbefore named,and in view of the fact that
the Buyer is Victor E.Riva,an attorney at law in general practice,
with Offices in the Borough of Charleroi,Washington County,Pennsylvania
and who is also a licensed Pennsylvania real estate broker,and who
attaches an Affidavit of Appraisal in such capacity,your Petitioner
submits the foregoing in lieu of the Affidavits of real estate Appraisals
WHEREFORE,your Petitioner prays your Honorable Court pursuant
to Section 541 of the Fiduciaries Act of 1949 as supplemented and
amended,for an Order excusing her from filing additional security
with relation to the sale of the real estate hereinbefore set forth and
authorizing her to receive the proceeds of said sale in accordance with
the terms of said Sales Agreement.

SEgel,owned two Savings Accounts,No.2505 and
No.l5~~8,both at Charleroi Federal Savings and
Loan Association of Charleroi,Pa.,and upon the deat}
of the decedent on February ?6,1!70,the balance of
these two Accounts became the property of Beatrice
G.Siegel by survivorship,and any interest earned
on thesetwo Accounts following date of death of
decedent as aforesaid,also became the property
~of the said Beatrice G.Siegel,by survivorship,and
such interest is,therefore,mot reported under

The dividends from the securities appearing in the
Inventory which were declared and collected

TO THE HONORABLE P.VINCENT MARINO,JUDGE OF SAID COURT:
Your Petitioner,Beatrice Greenberg,also known as Mrs.Beatric
G.Siegel respectfully represents:
1.That she is the duly appointed Executrix in the Estate of
her late mother,above named,who died testate on February 26,1970,
a late resident of the Borough of Charleroi,Washington County,
Pennsylvania,having been so appointed by the Register of Wills of
Washington County,Pennsylvania on the 10th day of April,1970,at
which time she qualified_for:such~appointmentbyhaving ,filed her
Fiduciary Bond in the amount of $25,000.00,with United States
Fidelity &Guaranty Company as corporate Surety on said Bond,said
Bond having been procured through its local agent,F.J.Buckley Insura ce
Agency of Canonsburg,Penn~vania.
2.That your Petitioner has completed her administration
of the Estate of her late mother by having filed all necessary papers,
including Inventory and her First and Final Account.
3.All debts of the decedent and expenses of administration
have been paid or provided for,and the final audit costs in the amount
of $79.00,and the balance due on Pennsylvania Inheritance Taxes in
the amount of $1,523.21,which includes interest from May 26th,1971
to November 14th,1971,have been paid,and also the taxes owing the
United States Government,including both Federal Estate and Income
taxes,have been paid.
4.That complete distribution of the assets has also been
accomplished,and receipts for the same are on file in the Office

of the Register of Wills of Washington County,and complete compliance
with the Adjudication and Decree of this Court,dated November 5th,
1971,has been made.
~~EREFORE,your Petitioner respectfully requests your Honovable
Court pursuant to Section 333 of the Fiduciaries Act of 194-9,as
amended,to discharge her and her Surety,United States Fidelity &
Guaranty Company,from future liability for the acts of your Petitioner
as Executrix of the Estate of Bertha Greenberg,deceased,and to
release her from any further duties as such Executrix.
