that is equally,half and half;a son and a daughter of the deceased.
The deceased had been divorced prior to her death.No husband
survived.The balance for distribution is all cash.There are no
complications and no unpaid claims.We have not paid any Inheritar ce

Tax.We felt it wo uld be so small we'd just pay it all at one time
when we closed the estate.The residue should be awarded half ahd
half to the two'children.
