Date of Death:4/15/70
Dear Hr.Chaney:
On November 5,1970,we received a letter from Davis G.Yohe,Esquire,
along lath a copy of a letter from William J.Sichina,Vice President,Manager,
Western Pennsylvania National Bank,Monongahela,Office, requesting that we make
a correction in the erroneously reported amount for a savings account balance
in the appraisement of July 30,1970,in the above estate.
In Hr.Sichina's letter of October 29th,he advises that the balance
in the decedent's savings account as of the date of death,April 15,1970,
was,in fact,$1,670.49,instead of $16,070.49 as originally reported and
appraised.
Based on the facts submitted, you are hereby authorized to adjust your
records and we will appropriately change ours.
