The Petition of MARY PAWICH respectfully represents:
1.That your petitioner is the widow of Frank Pawich,
who died on March 8,1970,a resident of 276 Park Avenue,
Washington,Washington County,Pennsylvania.
2.That decedent and petitjoner were married at Marianna,
Pennsylvania,on August 12,1934,and the petitioner was a.
member of the decedent's household at the time of his death.
3.The decedent died,intestate,leaving his only heirs
at law,your petitioner,Mary Pawich,his widow,and the following
children:Robert J.Pawich,Sr.,of Box 23,Main Street,.
Grant Town,West Virginia;RodneyF.Pawich,Ft.Bliss,Texas;
Ronald S.Pawich,2688 Mayfield Road,Cleveland Heights,Ohio;
Donna M.Luketic,Box 201,Fairview,West Virginia;and
Mary Jean Pawich,276 Park Avenue,washington,Pennsylvania.All
of the heirs at law'of the decedent are sui juris.No Letters
of AdministLation have been granted on the decedent's estate,and

no application for Letters of Administration will be made on the
decedent's estate.
4.That the only assets in the above estate consist of
the following:

6.That after payment of the above debts which are proper
claims against the estate of Frank Pawich,the balance remaining
in said estate is the amount of $134.28.
7.That your petitioner claims the aforesaid balance of
$134.28 as a part of 'her Family Exemption under Section 211 of
the Fiduciaries Act of 1949,as amended.

WHEREFORE,your petitioner prays,that your Honorable court
make distribution of the assets aforesaid by awarding the assets
to her out of which payment has been made or will be made to
.the creditors set forth in Paragraph 5 and the balance of $134.28
by awarded to your petitioner as part of her family exemption
and that the Department of Revenue,Bureau of Motor Vehicles
,.
of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania,be directed to transfer the
registration of the certificates of title covering said vehicles,
from Frank Pawich to Mary Pawich and that an Order authorizing .
payment of the aforesaid checks from the Estate of Frank Pawich
to Mary Pawich,your petitioner.
And she will ever pray.

Section 202 of the Fiduciaries Act for settlement of a small
estate and also under authority of Section 211 for tpe Family
Exemption,under the Fiduciaries Act of 1949,it is ORDERED and
DECREED that the 1968 Ford 2 Door Hardtop,Manufacturer's Number-
8A40FI05832,Title Number -C19329511,and 1968 English Ford
Sedan,Manufacturer's Number -BA92HE79936,Title Number -
A20440767,and the Checks Number 08425 in the amount of $50.48
dated April 7,1970 and Number 08426 in the amount of $143.80
dated April 7,1970,drawn on the Mellon National Bank and Trust
Company by Ford Motor Credit Company,'made payable toi~the Estate
of 'Frank 'Pawich,be paid over to Mary Pawich to reimburse her
for the expenses paid and to be paid in the above estate and also
as part of her Family Exemption.That a copy of this Order shall
be adequate authority for Mellon National Bank and Trust Company
or any other bank to make payment of the aforesaid checks to
Mary,pawich and further that a copy of this Order shall be

adequate authority for the Department of Revenue,Bureau of
Motor Vehicles of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania,Harrisburg,
Pennsylvania,to transfer the reg~strationof the certificates of
title for the aforesaid vehicles from Frank Pawich to Mary.Pawich.
