KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:Whereas,at Washington,in the County aforesaid

Russell Marino ,Register for the Probate of Wills and Granting
Letters of Administration in and for the County of Washington,in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania,
the last Will and Testament of
Laura B.McVay
late of Washington in the County aforesaid,deceased,
(a true copy whereof is to these presents annexed),was duly admitted to probate;and
J.Taylor Cheeseman
the Executor in said Will and Testament named,having appeared before me and taken and subscribed
the oath of office prescribed by law;
NOW,THEREFORE,I,Russell Marino ,Register as aforesaid,do
grant these LETTERS TESTAMENTARY,unto the said
J.Taylor Cheeseman
committing unto him the administration of all and singular the goods and
chattels,rights and credits,which were of said deceased,and requiring lj.im
to exhibit a true and perfect inventory thereof into ~e Register's Office,at Washington,within ninety
days from the date hereof,and to render a just and true account of said administration at the expiration
of six months from the date hereof,and to regard and comply with the provisions of the laws of this
Commonwealth relating to inheritance taxes.

FOR SET~EMENT OF ESTA'lE
1.The decedent,Laura B.McVay,died on or about
April 2,1970,a resident of the presbyterian Home,Washington,
WaSl ington County,Pennsylvania.
2.Your Petitioner is J.Taylor Cheeseman,who resides
at R.b.#1,Eighty Four,Washington County,Pennsylvania.
3.Letters Testamentary were issued to your Petitiener
by the Register of Wills of Washington County,Pennsylvania,on
April 20,1970.
4.The decedent was a widow,94 years of age at the
time of her death and no children were born after the execution
of her Will dated July 29,1968.
5.After the payment of all the debts,funeral,and
testamentary expenses,the balance of the estate is payable to
the Trustees of the Mingo cemetery Association,Union Township,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,a charitable association,to be
used by them for perpetual care and maintenance of the cemetery
property.
6.The following disbursements from the estate of the
decedent have been made prior to the filing of this Petition:

pursuant to Section 202 of the Fiduciaries Act of April 18,1949,
P.L.512,Section 202,as amended by Act No.108 of May 5,1970,
to award distribution of the Estate of the decedent as follows:
Trustees,Mingo Cemetery Association,entire remainder
interest in the Estate of Laura B.McVay,deceased,in
the amount of $1,838.43.
