The Petition of Mary p.Matlock respectfully represents:
1.That your Petitioner is the surviving spouse of Clyde
O.Matlock,who died April 8,1970,a resident of the City of
Washington,Washington County,Pennsylvania,intestate,and withou
issue,and that the marital relationship between your Petitioner
and the deceased existed to the date of death,and that your
Petitioner,with the following collateral heir,are the sole heirs
at law of t~e deceased,namely:
(a)Ella A.Matlock,mother,of 446 N.Main Street,
Washington,Pennsylvania,2nd floor.
2.That Letters of Administration on the estate of the
deceased,Clyde O.Matlock,were granted by the Register of Wills
of Washington County,Penna.,on April 16,1970,to Mary p.Matloc ,
and Surety Bond in the amount of $4,000.00,was filed by her.
3.That an Inventory and Appraisement of the personal
property and real estate of the decedent was filed May 8,1970,
showing $3,570.61,personalty and $10,550.00,worth of realty.A
copy is hereto attached and marked Exhibit A.
4.That a First and Final account was filed by said
Administratrix to No.HIS?of 1970,which shows all known debts
of decedent,his funeral bill,as well as Administration costs to
date have been paid,the Administratrix having advanced $3i"~.i J...
out of personal funds in order to do so and keep assets intact.
As shown by the account,the balance for Distribution consists of
real estate appraised at $10,~50.00,and a 1968 Cadillac Coupe
appraised at $3200.00.
5.That your Petitioner has chosen the following describe
real estate of the deceased on account of her $10,000.00,Spouse's
Allowance under Section 10 of the Intestate Act of 1947,P.L.80,
20 p.S.1.10,and as reimbursement for $550.00 of the bills of
deceased paid by her,if necessary,the same being described as
follows:
ALL that certain piece or parcel of land situate on
the South side OfSeminole Avenue,in the Sixth Ward of the City
of Washington,Washington County,Pennsylvania,being the Northern
part of Lot No'.11 in a plan of lots laid out by John A.M'Kay
called "M'Kay's Addition to Washington,Pennsylvania",said plan
being of record in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds in and for
Washington County,Penna.,in Plan Book No.2,page 11.The
Northern part of said lot No.11 is more particularly bounded and
described as follows,to-wit:
BEGINNING at a point on the property line on the
South side of Seminole Avenue where the property line between Lots
Nos.10 and 11 in said plan of lots intersects the property line
along Seminole Avenue,said point being the Northwestern corner of
Lot No.11;thence along said Seminole Avenue North 76°30'East
a distance of 40 feet to the Western line of Lot No.12 in said
plan;thence along the Western line of said Lot No.12,a distance
of 81.4 feet to that portion of Lot No.11 that Nannie C.Richmond
heretofore agreed to sell to Olive I.Pattison under an Article of
Agreement;thence along the line of the land now or formerly of
Olive I.Pattison,South 76°30'West a distance of 40 feet,more
or less,to a point on the dividing line between Lots Nos.10 and
11 in said Plan;thence in a Northerly direction along the said
dividing line a distance of 82.35 feet to a point on the South sid
of Seminole Avenue,the Place of Beginning.Upon which is erected
a double frame house known as 40-42 Seminole Avenue.
For source of title into Clyde O.Matlock,see Deed
dated 3/14/46,and recorded in Deed Book 707,page 24.Said real
estate is assessed for 1970 County Tax purposes at $3170.00.
SUBJECT to the right of Olive I.Pattison,her heir
and assigns,to maintain and keep in repair a sewer line and water
line,etc.,over that portion of Lot No.11 herein described as
fully set forth in the Article of Agreement between Nannie C.
Richmond,grantor herein,and Olive I.Pattison for the sale of
the Southern portion of Lot No.11,dated November 15,1944,and
of record in the Office of the Recorder of Deeds aforesaid in Dee
Book Vol.686,page 61.

6.That if said real estate should be appraised at more
than $10,000.00,your Petitioner wishes to claim all of said real
estate by having the Court offset any amount of the appraisal abov
$10,000.00,by bills paid by your petitioner for the estate out of
personal funds.
WHEREFORE,your Petitioner prays your Honorable Court to
appoint two appraisers for the purpose of appraising said property
directing said appraisers to make and file an Affidavit of App-
raisement with your Honorable Court.

decedent's death of all minors,annuitants and beneficiaries for life under decedent's Will.It also
contains a statement showing which of the beneficiaries named in the decedent's will,if any,died prior
to decedent,the dates of their death,their issue,andthe relationship of such issue to the beneficiary.
That Schedule E attached hereto and made a part hereof sets forth all property,real and per-
sonal,owned by the decedent jointly with another or others,including intangible,standing in the name
of the decedent and others,plus the date and place of record of instruments effecting the vestiture of
real estate and the date of acquisition of personalty,plus the name,address and relationship,if any,
of co-owners to the decedent.
That Schedule F attached hereto and made a part hereof sets forth fully and in detail all debts
and deductions claimed for and on behalf of this decedent's estate,including funeral expenses paid;
family exemption,where applicable;costs of administration of this estate;counsel fees and fudiciary's
commissions paid or to be paid;cost expended for burial trusts,tombstones or gravenlarkers,and reli-
gious services,in consequence of the death of the decedent;debts and claims owing and unpaid at time of
death;taxes accrued chargeable for period prior to decedent's death (except those allowed under Section
651 of the Inheritance and Estate Tax Act);together with a statement of collateral pledged for obliga-
tions,if any.It is agreed that the fiduciary will present proof of said claimed obligations upon re-
quest,that if the amount actually paid in settlement of any fee,commission or debt is less than the
estimated amount claiming and allowed,that the same will be reported to the Register of Wills,and that
