The Petition of SHIRLEY ANN MOSLICK and JOSEPH RICHARD

MOSLICK,Mino~s over the'~ge of ~4 years,by JOSEPH M.MOSLICK,
parent and natural guardian of said minors,respectfully represents:
1.That Shirley Ann Moslick was born on January 25,1952,ad'.
is 18 years of age,and that Joseph Richard Moslick was born on
August 21,1954 and is 15 years of age.
2.That the present residence of your petitioners is
35 Madison Street,Cokeburg,Washington County,Pennsylvania,
where they reside with their natural father,uoseph M.Moslick,
Widower.
3.That your petitioners are the children of Joseph M.
Moslick and Ocie May Moslick,deceased mother,who died on
February 24,1970~
4.That a guardian of their estates is necessary because
Shirley Ann Moslick and Joseph Richard Moslick,·minors,are the
named beneficiaries in a certain group Policy No.G92469 with the
Prudential Insurance Company of America and entitled to receive
approximately $6,000.00 each,from said Insurance Company,in
which the said Ocie May Moslick,deceased mother,was insured.

5.The proposed guardian is The Union National Bank of
Pittsburgh,Bentleyville Branch,located at 704 Main street,
Bentleyville,Washington County,Pennsylvania.
6.The proposed guardian has no interest adverse to
that of the minors and is not a fiduciary or an officer or
employee of the corJ?orat~fiduciary'of an estate ,in which the."
minors have'an int~iest nor surety or an offic~r or employee of
the corporate surety ?f such a fiduciary•

WHEREFORE,your petitioners,Shirley Ann Moslick and
Joseph Richard Mos~ick,'Minors over the age of 14 years,by
Joseph M.Moslick,natural father of said children,pray that
the Court appoint The Union National Bank of Pittsburgh,
Bentleyville Branch,704 Main Street,Bentleyville,Washington
county,Pennsylvania,guardian of said minor's estates under the
provisions of Section 1011 of the Fiduciaries Act of 1949.
