Somerlade,late of the Borough of Claysville,Washington County, Pennsylvania,who died intestate on November 30,1960. 2.No application has ever been filed for Letters of Administration upon the estate of the said Charles H.Somerlade,., nor has any petition previously been filed for family exemption and settlement of his estate. 3.The only property owned by the said Charles H.Somerlade at the time of his death (excepting property held in tenancy by the entireties with petitioner)consisted of 29 shares of common stock of Columbia Gas System,market value of which on November 30,1960,was $22.0625 per share or a total of $639.81. The said shares of stock are represented by the following listed share certificates: Certificate No.CPIC 8162 for 10 shares Certificate No.ON/O 122740 for 2 shares Certificate No.CP/O 25766 for 1 share Certificate No.N073073 for 1 share Certificate No.CN/O 569110 for 15 shares 4.The petitioner has not heretofore claimed family exempticn and was residing with and :~ti .family relationship with the said Charles H.Somerlade at the date of his death. ,.'-1 5.The other heirs of said Charles H.Somerlade consist of his children,as follows: Mildred S.Noble,daughter,Box 436,Claysville,Pa. Charles Arthur Somerlade,son,255 Main Street, Claysville,Pa. Viola Lucille Somerlade,daughter,255 Main Street, Claysville,Pa. Allene S.Nichol,daughter,255 Main Street, Claysville,Pa. 6.All the debts of the said Charles H.Somerlade and all expenses in connection with his funeral and burial were paid by petitioner,and there are no outstanding claims. WHEREFORE,your petitioner prays your Honorable Court under the provisions of Sections 202 and 211 of the Fiduciaries Act of 1949,as amended,that the 29 shares of common stock of Columbia Gas System owned by Charles H.Somerlade at the time of his death be distributed to your petitioner on account of the family exemption.
