The petition of Robert F.Campbell,who is over twenty-
one years of age and who resides at 346 East Prospect Avenue,
Washington,Washington County,Pennsylvania,respectfully
represents:
1.Helen K.Campbell died intestate on January 16,
1968,a resident of the City of Washington,Washington County,
Pennsylvania.
2.The decedent died seized of real estate located
in Carroll Township,Washington County,Pennsylvania,and more
fully described as follows:
ALL of Lots No.33 and No.34 and a portion of
Lot No.35 in the James A.Rabe Plan of Eldora
as described in Plan Book 2,Pages 94 and 95,
situate in Carroll Township,washington County,
Pennsylvania,and more particularly bounded and
described as follows:
LOT NO.33:Fronting 87.36 feet on the northern
side of Rabe Avenue,as laid out in said Plan,
and thence extending back northwardly,between
Montgomery Avenue,as laid out in said Plan,on
the eastern side and Lot No.34 in said Plan of
Eldora on the western side,to Grant Avenue,upon
which said Lot No.33 fronts 98.81 feet.
LOT NO.34:Beginning on the north side of Rabe
Avenue at the dividing line common to Lots Nos.
33 and 34 in said Plan;thence westwardly along
said Rabe Avenue 92 feet to line of Lot No.35 in
said Plan;thence northwardly along said dividing

third interest in the decedent's real estate as one of three

Law of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
5.The names and addresses of all of the heirs,each
of whom is over the age of twenty-one years,are as follows:
a.Robert F.Campbell,the petitioner,346 East
Prospect Avenue,Washington,Pennsylvania,who
is entitled to an undivided one-third interest.
b.Elaine L.Ramsey,528 South Main Street,
Washington,Pennsylvania,who is entitled to
an undivided one-third interest.
c.Genevieve G.Saccani,Box 285,R.D.#1,
Monongahela (Carroll Township),Pennsylvania,
who is entitled to an undivided one-third
interest.
The decedent's husband,R.E.Campbell,died on
December 10,1961.
6.All of decedent's debts,expenses and funeral bill
have been paid in full.A return for Pennsylvania inheritance
tax will be made coincidentally with this petition.
WHEREFORE,your petitioner prays your Honorable Court
to establish title to the above described real estate in decedent s
heirs,as follows:an undivided one-third interest therein to
Robert F.Campbell,an undivided one-third interest therein to
Elaine L.Ramsey,and an undivided one-third interest therein

forth in a decree of this Court,dated August 7,1970,at the
above number,have been complied with,that proofs of publication
have been produced showing that notice of said decree was
published one time,on April 13,1970,in the Washington Observer
Reporter,and one time on April 16,1970,in the Washington
County Reports,said .pub1ications being more than three months
prior to entry of this Final Decree,all in accordance with
said decree of April 7,1970,upon motion of Paul P.Posa,
attorney for the petitioner,
IT IS HEREBY ORDERED AND DECREED,that the decree of
this Court,dated April 7,1970,at the above number is made
absolute,and that title to an undivided one-third interest is
established in Robert F.campbell,an undivided one-third
interest is established on Elaine L.Ramsey,and an undivided
one-third interest is established in Genevieve G.Saccani,to the
following described real estate:
ALL of Lots No.33 and No.34 and a portion
of Lot No.35 in the James A.Rabe Plan of
Eldora as described in Plan Book 2,Pages 94
and 95,situate in Carroll Township,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,and more particularly
bounded and described as follows:

LOT NO.33:Fronting 87.36 feet on the
northern side of Rabe Avenue,as laid out
in said Plan,and thence extending back
northwardly,between Montgomery Avenue,
as laid out in said Plan,on the eastern
side and Lot No.34 in said Plan of Eldora
on the western side,to Grant Avenue,upon
which said Lot No.33 fronts 98.81 feet.
LOT NO.34:Beginning on the north side of
Rabe Avenue at the dividing line common to
Lots Nos.33 and 34 in said Plan;thence
westwardly along said Rabe Avenue 92 feet
to line of Lot No.35 in said Plan;thence
northwardly along said dividing line 444.81
feet to Grant Avenue (Township Road);thence
northeastwardly along said road 108.74 feet
to line of Lot No.33;thence southwardly
along said line 502.77 feet to Rabe Avenue,
the place of beginning.
PORTION OF LOT NO.35:Beginning at a point
in the northern line of Rabe Avenue,which
said point of beginning is also at the south-
westerly corner of said Lot No.34 in said
Plan;thence westwardly along the northerly
line of Rabe Avenue 101.98 feet to a point
on the dividing line between Lots Nos.35 and
36 in said Plan;thence along said dividing
line,North 3°23 1 East 222.405 feet to an
iron pin;thence along land now or formerly of
Genevieve G.Saccani,South 86°37'East 101.98
feet to an iron pin;thence South 3°23'West
222.405 feet to a point on the northerly side
of Rabe Avenue,the place of beginning,
all in accordance with Section 756 of the Fiduciaries Act of
1949,20 P.S.320.756.
