PETITION

TO THE HONORABLE.THE PRESIDENT JUDGE OF SAID COURT:
The Petition of Helen Musial respectfully represents that:
1.She is the widow of the late Frank Musial and resided with
him at 315 Castner Avenue,Borough of Donora,Washington County,Penn-
sylvania,prior to and at the time of his death.
2.The said Frank Musial died intestate June 5th,1965;
3.At the time of his death decedent owned no personal property

other than his interest in the estate of his mother,Agatha Musial,who
had predeceased him.The Estate of Agatha Musial is preswtly being
administered at No.63-69-258 in the above Court,and the distributive
share of Frank Musial has been determined to be $611.79 in cash.
No wages were paid to the Petitioner or any other person
under the provisions of Section 201 of the Fiduciaries Act of 1949.as
amended.
4.The following persons would be entitled to share in distribu-
tion of decedent's estate:
Helen Musial,Widow,
Florence Pawelec,Daughter,
Ted Musial,Son,
Patricia Perdok,Daughter,
315 Castner Ave.~onora,Pa.
27 Park Manor Plan,Donora,Pa.
1295 Edwards Ave.,Lakewood,Oh"o.
20707 Anza Ave.,Apt.125,
Torrance,California.
5.Attached hereto,marked Exhibit A,is receipted funeral bil~
of R.R.Schwerha in the sum ~f $1,408.00.Attached hereto,marked
Exhibit B,is receipted bill of Dr.D.M.Petro in the sum of $40.00.
Your Petitioner avers that these bills were paid by her and that there
are no unpaid creditors of decedent.
6.Your Petitioner is entitled to make claim for the family
exemption by reason of her being the surviving spouse of decedent.
WHEREFORE,Petitioner prays that your Honorable Court order dis-I
tribution of the above estate to her in partial settlement of the family
exemption claim,after deducting a reasonable attorney's fee and costs
of filing this Petition,and that she be authorized to sign a receipt
in the Estate of Agatha Musial,Deceased,for the amount being distri-
buted to the Estate of Frank Musial,Deceased.
And she will ever pray,etc.

AND NOW,this :5 day of ,1970,
upon consideration of the foregoing Petition Exhibits filed pursuant
to the provisions of Sections 202 and 211 of the Fiduciaries Act of
19~9,P.L.512,as amended,the property of the Estate of Frank Musial,
Deceased,namely the sum of $611.79 in cash being distbibuted by the
Estate of Agatha Musial,Deceased,is hereby ordered to be distributed
to Helen Musial,(after deducting attorney's fees of $35.00 and costs
of $9.00),in partial settlement of the family exemption c~aim,and it
is further ordered that Helen Musial be authorized to sign a receipt in
the Estate of Agatha Musial,Deceased,for the amount being distributed
to the Estate of Charles Musial,Deceased.
