ESTATE OF CHARLES MUSIAL,
DECEASED.
PETITION
TO 'IlHE HONORABLE,THE PRESIDENT JUDGE OF SAID COURT:
The Petition of Matthew Musial respectfully represents that:
1.He is the brother of the late Charles Musial who resided at
471 Sixth Street,Borough of Donora,Washington County,Pennsylvania,
prior to and at the time of his death.
2.The said Charles Musial died intestate September 27th,1959.
3.At the time of his death decedent owned no personal property
other than his interest in the estate of his mother,Agatha Musial,who
had predeceased him.The Estate of Agatha Musial is presently being
administered at No.63-69-258 in the above Court,and the distributive
share of Charles Musial has been determined to be $404.51 in cash.'
No wages were paid to the Petitioner or any other person unde
the provisions of Section 201 of the Fiduciaries Act of 1949,as amended.
4.By reason of the fact that decedent was unmarried,had no
issue and his parents having predeceased him,the following brothers
and sisters would be entitled to share in distribution of his estate:
Joseph Musial,2519 Edgar Street,Pittsburgh,Pa.
Matthew Musial,449 Chestnut Street,Monessen,Pa.
Anna Wojnar,(Deceased)
Julia Haluch,(Deceased)
Josephine Galaski,1278 Rostraver St.,Monessen,Pa.
Frank Musial,(Deceased)
5.Attached hereto,marked Exhibit A,is receipted funeral bill
of R.R.Schwerha in the sum of $926.00.Attached hereto,marked
Exhibit B,is receipted bill of Bianchi Monuments in the sum of $129.00.
Your Petitioner avers that these bills,together with $40.00 for
services and $35.00 for opening grave,were advanced in equal shares by
Joseph Musial,Josephine Galaski and Matthew Musial,brothers and siste
of decedent.
There are no unpaid creditors of decedent.
6.No claim for family exemption will be made.
WHEREFORE,Petitioner prays that your Honorable Court order dis-
tribution of the above estate to Joseph Musial,Josephine Galsski and
distributee of the amount advanced for fun eral expenses,and that
Matthew Musial be authorized to sign a receipt in the Estate of Agatha
Matthew Musial,in equal shares,after
fee and costs of filing this Petition,
deducting a reasonable attorney's
in partial reimbursement to each !

consideration of the foregoing Petition a d Exhibits filed pursuant to
the provisions of Section 202 of the Fiduciaries Act of 1949,P.L.512,
as amended,the property of the Estate of Charles Musial,Deceased,
namely the sum of $404.51 in cash being distributed by the Estate of
Agatha Musial,Deceased,is hereby ordered to be distributed to Joseph
Musial,Josephine Galaski and Matthew Musial,in equal shares,(after
deducting attorney's fees of $35.00 and costs of $9.00),in partial
reimbursement to each distributee of the amount advanced for funeral
expenses,and it is further ordered that Matthew Musial be authorized
to sign a receipt in the Estate of Agatha Musial,Deceased,for the
amount being distributed to the Estate of Charles Musial,Deceased.
