PETITION FOR FAMILY EXEMPTION
TO THE HONORABLE,JUDGE OF SAID COURT:
The Petition of Edward Kozdra,by his attorney,John
Solomon,Esq.,respectfully represents:
1.That your petitioner is the widower of Veronica R.
Kozdra,who died on September 26,1969,at Washington,Washington
County,Pennsylvania,a resident of 1050 Idaho Street,Washington,
Washington County,Pennsylvania,at the age of forty-eight (48)
years,leaving to survive her,her widower,Edward Kozdra,and
the following named children:John Edward Kozdra and James
Anthony Kozdra.
2.That up until the time of her death,a family
relationship was maintained between the deceased and your
petitioner.
3.That no Letters of Administration have been granted
to Edward Kozdra,widower,nor does he intend to apply for said
Letters of Administration.
4.That Veronica R,Kozdra died seized of two Series E
u.S.Savings Bonds which were issued in her maiden name,Miss
Veronica Skiviat,No.Q55064599E having a value of $44.65 and
No.Q267698l4E having a value of $44.49.
5.Veronica R.Kozdra and Miss Veronica Skiviat were
one in the same person.
6.That your petitioner claims the following personal
property of the decedent as his family exemption under Section
211 of the Fiduciary Act of 1949,to-wit:
Series E U.S.Savings Bond No.Q55064599E $44.65
Series E U.S.Savings Bond No.Q267698l4E $44.49
WHEREFORE,your petitioner prays that said appraisement
be confirmed and that said property be set apart to him as afore-
said.
AND he will ever pray.

open Court,and upon consideration thereof,and upon motion of
JOHN SOLOMON,Attorney for Petitioner,it is hereby ORDERED,
ADJUDGED and DECREED that the two Series E U.S.Savings Bonds,
-No.Q55064599E having a value of $44.65 and No.Q267698l4E having
a value of $44.49 be awarded to Edward Kozdra,petitioner,as
part of his family exemption.
