There are no pending problems,no. What was the resolution of the tax problem?I don't appear to recall tha t immediately. MR.FERGUS:The only tax problem was that we had just filed <I Z <I> ): IT Z ZIII II the debts and deductions and the Inheritance Tax people tad to go out and look at the property the way I understand it. I-of Mr.Hana,was that settled or doyou still have someth ing on that? We have a note,amended to daim $40.26.What happened to that? ;; L II II C MR.HANA:She called me and reduced this. (Mr.Hana and the Judge talking inaudibly). THE COURT:That appears then not to have been settled.She just called you on it. MR.FERGUS:If it please the Court,I have a receipt.We have paid that.It's settled now.It was not claimed at the last audit,I 3 agree.We have paid it and I r.ave a receipt. THE COURT:Mr.Hanasays that the Department just called him recently this morning or yesterday and gave him a figure of $lU.26 that was still due.Is that what you state,Mr.Hana? MR.HANA:She said the Praecipe was reduced. THE COURT:What is his receipt there? MR.FERGUS:$10.26 .So it's been settled.For some reason we didn t know about it.It was a good thing we had two audits.
