The Petition of Nora Lee Chambers and Donna W.Gasmire~respectfully
represents:
1.That their father~Hayden M.WorstellJ late resident of Chartiers Town-
ship~Washington County,Pennsylvania,died on February 8,1970,leaving a Last
Will and Testament~dated June 29.1968.probated March 31~1970 and remaining
of record in the office of the Register.of WCls in and for Washington County,Penn-
sylvania.in Will Book Vol.109,page 537 ~".vherein,he,inter-alia,devised the
residue of his estate,including the real estate hereinafter refell'red to,unto the said
Nora Lee Chambers and Donna W.Gasmire~his only children,in equal shares~and
named them Executrices of his estate.and:o whom Letters Testamentary thereon
were duly issued by said Register of Wills on March 31~1970.since which date said
Executrices have been acting in their capacity as sucll.
2\;,'"By written Agreement executed under date of May 2tl~1970.by the said
Nora Lee Chambers and Donna W.Gasmire~the only heirs and devisees of the said
Hayden M.Worstell~deceased as aforesaiC.which agreement is attached hereto and
made a part hereof~it has been agreed.subject to the approval of your Honorable
Court~that the said Nora Lee Chambers.one of said Executrices.make conveyance
of the late residential property of said decedent~which is more particularly described
in said agreement~to Donna W.Gasmire~the remaining Executrix~and her husband~
Thomas A.Gasmire.for the appraised value of $23~700.00.

aforementioned agreement~which is hereto attached and made a part hereof,and
pursuant to Sectlon 546 ·of the Fiduciaries Act of 1949 as amended~20 P.S.320.546,
requests your Honorable Court to.make an Order and Decree authorizing,empower-
ing and directing the said Nora Lee Chambers~one of the Executrices of the Estate
of the said Hayden M.Wors.tell,deceased,to execute and deliv:er a deed of conveyance
of the real estate more specifically described in said agreement,from'herself as
such Executrix.unto the said Donna W.Gasmire and Thomas A.Gasmire~her husband.

approval of the Orphans'Court Division of the Court of.Common Pleas of Washington
County.Pennsylvania.the following described real e·state.to wit:
All that certain piece or parcel of land situate in
Chartiers Township"Washington County"Pennsylvania.com'"
prising the westerly portion of Lots Nos.40"41.and 42.in a
Plan of Lots laid out by Potts Brox.(M.'Miller·Potts and William
B.Potts);and called "White Lawn Farms"recorded in the Record-
er's office of Washington County,Pennsylvania.in.Plan Book 5.
pages 196 and 197.said piece or parcel of land being more particu-
larly bounded and described as follows"to wit:

The foregoing description is drawn in accordance
with a survey of H.M.Day,Engineer,made in August,1949.
Being the same premises conveyed by Hardy &
Rankin Company,to Hayden M.Worstell and Jean E.Worstell,
his wife,by deed dated March 26,1956 and recorded in the office
of the Recorder of Deeds in and for Washington County,in Deed
Book Vol.957,page 44.The said Jean·E.Worstell died on
June 15,1968,thereby vesting full title in the said Hayden M.
Worstell,as surviving tenant by the entireties,
shall be sold,and conveyed to the said DONNA W.GASMIRE and THOMAS A.
GASMIRE,her husband,for a total consideration of $23,700.00,all real estate
transfer taxes to be paid by grantor,and real estate taxes for the year 19'70,to be
paid by grantees.
