PETITION FOR DISTRIBUTION OF ASSETS OF AN ESTATE
OF LESS·THAN TWO THOUSAND F-IVE HUNDRED ($2,500.00)DOLLARS
TO THE HONORABLE,THE JUDGES OF SAID COURT:
The Petition of Dorothy J.Dunn respectfully rep-
resents:
FIRST:George Miles Dunn,Sr.died the 3rd day of
January,1970,a resident of the Township of Cecil,County of
Washington and Commonwealth of :Pennsylvania.
Your Petitioner is the widOW of the saidSECOND:I,George Miles Dunn,Sr.and is a resident of the Township of
Cecil,County of Washington and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania,
having her last residence at R.D.#2,Box 226,Canonsburg,
pennsylvania,15317.
THIRD:The s~id George Miles Dunn,Sr.died in-
:testate and no Letters of Administration on the estate of said
decedent have been granted to any person as a personal represent-
ative of said decedent.
FOURTH:The said decedent was survived by your
Petitioner and the following children:

Keith Dunn - 6 years old
Lisa Jean Dunn - 4 years old
No guardian has been appointed for the above named mino~child-
ren of the said decedent and the said children reside with their
mother,>your Petitioner,in the Township of Cecil,County of
Washington and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
The said decedent died seized of no realFIFTH:Ij
Iproperty and the gross value of the decedent's estate,consisting
I of the hereinafter mentioned personal estate,and exclusive of
,wages,salaries or any accrued pension payable under Section 201
of the Fiduciaries Act of 1949,.as amended,but inclusbTe of
I personal property which could be claimed as family exemption,
could not exceed Two Thousand Five Hundred ($2,500.00)Dollars.
The items of the personal estate of the said decedent and the
value thereof at the time of his death are as follows:
(a)one 1964 Rambler Sedan,Serial No.G566863,
Pennsylvania Title No.Al6535803,valued at
$150.00,and
(b)one -1967 PlYmcuth Fury III,2-door hardtop,
Serial No.PM23-F74-l4ll93,Pennsylvania
Title No.A19l88825,valued at $800.00.
Said values are evidenced by appraisals which are attached hereto
and made a part hereof as Exhibits "A"and "B".
SIXTH:The following preferred expenses occurred
on behalf of the said decedent have been paid by the Petitioner
out of her personal funds:

SEVENTH:There have been no disbursements on behalf
of said decedent's estate:,except as hereinabove set forth:and
there are no further unpaid creditors or claimants to the estate
except as herein set forth.
EIGHTH:The consent·of the authorized Agent of the
Commonwealth of Pennsylvania for the collection of transfer
inheritance tax is attached hereto as Exhibit "C".
NINTH:Your Petitioner desires that the said 1964
Rambler Sedan and 1967 Plymouth Fury III,as above set forth,be
decreed to her as her family exempt.ion in accordance with the
provisions of the Fiducia=-ies Act cf 1949,as amended.
WHEREFORE,your Petitioner prays your Honorable Court
'that an Order be entered,without further notice or without
appraisement,directing that the said assets hereinabove set
forth be distributed to your Petitioner and that a copy of said
Order be sufficient authority to the Secretary of Revenue of the
:ommonwealth of Pennsylvania totransfer said automobiles to
your Petitioner.

deposes and says that he is a dealer in new and used Rambler
automobiles in the Borough of Canonsburg,County of Washington,
and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania,that he is acquainted with the
value of new and used automobiles and has been engaged in said
business for an extended period of time:that he is not in the
employment of Dorothy J.Dunn,nor personally interested in any
sale of the herein mentioned automobile and that the fair market
value of the 1964 Rambler Sedan,Serial No.G566863,as of the
3rd day of January,1970 was in his opinion approximately One
Hundred Fifty ($150.00)Dollars.

and it appearing to the Court that the Estate of George Miles
Dunn,Sr.,Deceased,does not exceed the sum of Two Thousand Five
Hundred ($2,500.00)Dollars.
NOW,THEREFORE,in consideration of the foregoing
Petition and upon motion of counsel for Dorothy J.Dunn,
Petitioner,IT IS HEREBY ORDEP~D,ADJUDGED AND DECREED that the
personal estate of George Miles Dunn,Sr.,Deceased,consisting
of:

and
(b)One 1967 Plymouth Fury III,2-door hardtop,

Petitioner,Dorothy J.Dunn,widow of the said decedent,without
