WHEREFORE,under the provisions of Section 202 of the Fiduciaries Act of 1949 P.L.512.66,your petitioner requests your Honorable Court to award the said 1962 Pontiac Coupe,valued at ONE HUNDRED FIFTY($150.00)DOLLARS,extended vacation pay in the net amount of ONE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED ELEVEN and 20/100 ($1,611.20)DOLLARS,a bond refund check in the amount of SIXTEEN and 25/100 ($16.25)DOLLARS,sickness and accident benefits in the amount of ONE HUNDRED NINETY-EIGHT ($198.00)DOLLARS,reimburse- ment from major medical insurance in the amount of TWO HUNDRED FIFTY-FIVE and 89/100 ($255.89)DOLLARS and any future vacation pay;the foregoing payable by National Steel Corporation,to her.
