PETITION UNDER SECTION 202 OF THE FIDUCIARIES ACT OF 1949 FOR
THE SETTLEMENT JF A SMALL ESTATE
The petition of MYRTLE REED respectfully represents:
1.That your petitio~er is MYRTLE REED,an acult of
full age,whose residence is R.D.#1,Burgettstown,Washington
County,Pennsylvania.
2.That the residence of the deceased was R.D.#1,
Burgettstown,Washington County,Pennsylvania.
3.That the decedent died January 17,1970 while being
a resident of R.D.#1,Burgettstown,Washington County,Pennsyl-
vania.
4.That your petitior-er has not applied for letters of
administration and does not intEnd to apply,and no othe~person
has applied for letters of administration to the knowledge of
your petitioner.
5.That decedent left to survive him as his sole

heirs-at-law,your petitioner Myrtle Reed,wife,John Thomas
Reed,son and James Burton Reed,son,all of R.D.#1,Burgettstown,
Washington Coun~y,Pennsylvania;all being sui juris.
6.That your petitioner maintained a family relation-
ship with the decedent until the time of his death.
7.That the estate of the decedent consists of a 1962
Pontiac Coupe,valued at ONE HU~RED FIFTY ($150.00)DOLLARS,
extended vacation pay in the net amount of ONE THOUSAND SIX
HUNDRED ELEVEN and 20/100 ($1,611.20)DOLLARS,a bond refund
check in the amount of SIXTEEN and 25/100 ($16.25)DOLLARS,
sickness and accident benefits ~n the amount of ONE HUKDRED NINETY
EIGHT ($198.00)DOLLARS and reinbursement from major medical
insurance in the amount of TWO HUNDRED FIFTY-FIVE and 89/100
($255.89)DOLLARS;the foregoing payable by National Steel Corp-
oration.
8.There will also be due a vacation pay in April 1970
the net amount of which is not known at this time.
9.That the following debts and expenses have been
paid by your petitioner:

10.There are no other bills and there are no creditors
to the knowledge of the petitioner.

WHEREFORE,under the provisions of Section 202 of the
Fiduciaries Act of 1949 P.L.512.66,your petitioner requests
your Honorable Court to award the said 1962 Pontiac Coupe,valued
at ONE HUNDRED FIFTY($150.00)DOLLARS,extended vacation pay in
the net amount of ONE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED ELEVEN and 20/100
($1,611.20)DOLLARS,a bond refund check in the amount of SIXTEEN
and 25/100 ($16.25)DOLLARS,sickness and accident benefits in the
amount of ONE HUNDRED NINETY-EIGHT ($198.00)DOLLARS,reimburse-
ment from major medical insurance in the amount of TWO HUNDRED
FIFTY-FIVE and 89/100 ($255.89)DOLLARS and any future vacation
pay;the foregoing payable by National Steel Corporation,to her.

court and upon consideration thereof,and upon motion of JOHN L.
BRUNNER and WALTER W.GREGORY,JR.,attorneys for the petitioner,

ORDERED,ADJUDGED and DECREED
that the entire amount of the estate as set forth in the petition
which consists of a 1962 Pontiac Coupe,valued at ONE HUIIDRED
FIFTY ($150.00)DOLLARS,extended vacation pay in the net amount 0
ONE THOUSAND SIX HUNDRED ELEVEN and 20/100 ($1,611.20)DOLLARS,
a bond refund check in the amount of SIXTEEN and 25/100 ($16.25)
DOLLARS,sickness and accident benefits in the amount of ONE
HUNDRED NINETY-EIGHT ($198.00)DOLLARS,reimbursement from major

administration or further notice,and that National Steel Corpor-
ation is hereby authorized and directed to distribute the funds
accordingly and that the 1962'Pontiac Coupe be awarded to the
petitioner.
