The Executor"Charles C.Keller"by his attorneys",Peacock"
Keller",Yohe &Day"petitions y;'ur Hon.rable Court as follows"to wit:
1.The decedent was named Oliver Shonts~Jr.and was a
resident of the Borough of California~Washington County"Pennsylvania.
2.The decedent died February 9",1970.
3.The only asset in the estate"other than rea::"property"was
twenty shares of Allegheny Rewer Systems"Inc.'"common stock",valued at
$20.00 per share",or $400.00.
4.The sole legatee and devisee under the Will was Frances
Shonts",the wife of Oliver Shonts"JrH who resides at 909 Apple Street"
California"Pennsylvania 15419.
5.A copy of the Will of decedent is attached he:'eto and made a
part hereof.The said Frances Sh.nts is living and is sui juris.
6.All debts of the estate have been paid with fU:lds advanced
by the above named legatee.
7.In addition to the above described personal pl!'operty"the
estate also contained a one-half interest in the home property which was
likewise devised to the surviving widow"Frances Shonts.The fair market
value of that one-half interest was $5"000.00",which has been reported and
appraised for inheritance tax purposes at that figure.
8.In the course of administration of the estate":lividends in the
total sum of $81.40 have been received from the above described stock.In
additi.n",the Executor"at the request of the surviving spouse"Franc.es Shonts

.has sold the said twenty shares of Allegheny Power SystemE..,Inc.common
stock for a net price of $456.99;1 which the Executor now ho:'ds.
WHEREFORE"your petitioner prays your Honorable Court to enter
an appropriate Order authorizing and directing the Executor to distribute to
the said Frances Shonts the above described personal property and awarding
the real estate as devised to the said Frances Shonts.

Dawson,called "Dawson Heights"and recorded in the Recorder's Office
of Washington County,Pennsylvania,in Plan Book 5,page 6,which plan
was amended by R.L.Bailey by a revised plan which is recorded in Plan
Book 6,page 60,to which plans reference is herein directed.
