PETITION FOR SETTLEME NT OF ESTATE
UNDER SECTION 202 of the FIDUCIARIES
ACT of 1949
TO THE HONORABLE,P.V.MARINO,President Judge:
The Petition of LILLIAN M.POUNDS respectfully represents:
1.Edward Peter Pounds,a former resident of 849 Henderson Avenue,Washing-
ton,Washington County,Pennsylvania,died intestate on November 5/1969/at or near
Avella,Smith Township,Washington County/Pennsylvania,being at the time 57 years
of age.
2.The decedent left surviving him the following children:
Karen L.Pounds,849 Henderson Avenue,Washington,Pa.(daughter)
3.The said decedent did not die seized of any real estate.The sole estate
of the decedent/now in the custody of the petitioner/consisted of personal property of the
approximate gross value not expeeding $500.00/to-wit:proceeds of life insurance
policy of Pilot Life Insurance Co.,Teamster's Union,Group'Policy No.4292 issued on
.,J,Do!,lieouc,,----,I.:::!4:...-_,19~in the amount of $500.00/as appears on the Inventory and appraise-
ment hereto attached and node a part hereof.There were no wages paid direct to members
of decedent's fami Iy under Section 201 of the Fiduciaries cAct of 1949.
4.Letters of Administration or Letters Testamentary have not been issued upon th ~
estate of the decedent/and a Wi II has not been probated.
5.That your petitioner has paid all funeral,church,burial lot,and other
outstanding bills owing and due against the estate of said Edward Peter Pounds.
6.The debts of the decedent exceed the assets of the decedent/and there is /
accordingly no inheritance tax due the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania,nor any other tax
due or payable.
7.That this petition for settlement is made pursuant to Provisions of Article 2,

ection 202 of the Fiduciaries Act of 1949~its amendments and supplements,as Edward Peter
Pounds,having died domiciled in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania,in the County of
Washington,and owing property of a gross value not exceeding $500.00.
WHEREFORE,showing as above,Petitioner respectfully prays that your Honorable
Court make a decree of distribution of the assets of the said decedent,pursuant to Section
202 of the Fiduciaries Act,approved April 18,1949,its amendments and supplements,
and suggests such distribution as follows,to-wit:
(a)Delivery of all assets mentioned in Exhibit II A",to-wit:
proceeds of life insurance policy of Pilot Life Insurance
Company,Teamster's Union Group Policy No.4292
issued on Dec 14 ,1966 in the amount of $500.00.
to your petitioner,Lilliam M.Pounds,an account of the money advanced by her for church,
furneral,burial lot and other outstanding expenses.
